I went to Albert street branch last night at 10:30 pm, I ordered two chicken sandwiches, and a chicken strip plater. I’m very disappointed with the quality of food I had, everything had excessive amount of salt and had a bitter taste. I was thinking I could have a high blood pressure after eating it. My husband and family went with me, we wanted to do dine but dine in was closed. We ordered food and decided to come home. We ate it at home. I would return everything and get my money back from them if I would dine in. I came home and all of us stared to eat and very disappointed for the wastage for our money. I do have a order number and receipt if your need I can provide. We could not eat for due to too mush salt, please return my money
I ordered the special deal of 5 pieces chicken for $12. Chicken was tasty and cooked thoroughly. Girl taking the orders seemed confused but maybe she was newly hired. Service was a bit slow as you could see there was an ample supply of cooked chicken sitting under the warmer. Staff maybe needs to co-ordinate better.
I stopped to have some chicken. Got the spicy style. The chicken was moist and full of flavor. I must say it was not spicy. I really liked the sides. Got the beans and rice. I could have had the side and skipped the chicken it was that good.
Popeyes chicken is in my opinion is mighty tasty as well as crispy. Along with the sides you have a decent lunch. One thing is the service is fast. My order was done in 5 minutes. Mighty fast service got me wondering how the chicken cooks so fast ?????
Horrible experience. Don't even bother with the Albert street location. Everything started out fine. Went inside and placed my order. I went and grabbed my drink. Lady called my order. Picked up my order and went and sit down. Started to unwrap my chicken sandwich. She then proceeded to yell and scream at me. Saying I wasn't aloud to eat my food there that I purchased. That I had to leave and get out. I asked why. You have an open sign, the doors were open and the hours of operation were till midnight. It was not even 10 o'clock yet. I was in the middle of packing up my sandwich. She just keeps yelling saying I have to leave. As i am leaving, I suggest they should have a sign on the door stating the new hours of operation. She didn't have to yell at me from across the room. She could have me asked politely to leave. Instead of yelling at me saying I had to leave at the top of her lungs. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional. The experience was horrible and could have been handled better. Never going back to this location. I will go to Jollibee's, Mary Brown's, Beaks chicken or even KFC. The funny thing about this was that they never even gave me the fries that I ordered with my combo.
Today i went to this location at 11.30pm . I asked for fresh chicken. The girl named ‘ASHA’ replied in very rude manner that ‘what should I do for the chicken which is already cooked’. Then i asked her can i do dine in because its 11.30 pm but she said no we are going to close in few minutes. But online it shows store is open until 1 pm. She should show some good customer service rather than showing bad attitude. I love popeyes but i will never come to this location just because of her bad attitude which ruined my whole mood.
The wait times for takeout and drive through at this particular location is quite slow. Even during non-peak hours there seems to be a lack of preparation. That being said chicken ? here is delicious.
Worst customer service not enough training on the crew late time on chicken when cooking., chicken over or undercook waiting time so long on the drive thru
Customer service was awful! The guy working in the front at the Albert St N location on the evening of April 10th was so rude and dismissing. The food was stale and old and a complete waste of $52. The biscuits were hard and cold, fries were soggy, the popcorn shrimp all had the tails attached, I ordered nuggets and got chicken strips..... yeah, so disappointed. I pay you to get a decent dinner so I expect to get it. If it was free, I won't complain. I wouldn't be back.
Very Bad experience. I ordered shrimp popcorn. They took $7.65 and gave us over cooked very tiny broken shrimp pieces. I returned it right away. Do not order shrimp popcorn chicken was great as usual
