The service here is generally very slow. For a fast food chicken restaurant to have to consistently be told you have to wait over 10 minutes at around supper time when you’re the only vehicle in the drive thru is not acceptable.I gave this location two stars only because the staff is always very friendly and courteous and the orders are always correctly filled and hot when they come out.If you’re looking for fast service go elsewhere.
Really, really good. The spicy chicken had just enough bite for me, and I really do like some heat. Onion rings are pretty good too. Air conditioning when it's 30 degrees outside is a definite plus.
The customer service here is outstanding. And you don't have to wait very long to be serviced. Comparing to the one on Victoria Avenue, this location is a lot better. This location isn't the closest to me but I'm willing to drive the extra miles.
Very poor customer service. The attendant wouldn’t speak up, I could hardly hear her.The food was terrible. The fries were fried to the point they were like rubber. The chicken sandwich was bland and greasy.I’ll never eat at Popeyes again.
I love that they offered a fresh batch of nuggets. However finding hair inside of my chicken nugget is absolutely inexcusable (Hair nets prevent this stuff!). A refund would be the best approach here.I doubt I'll ever step foot In this Popeyes again. Which is a shame because i like supporting the local area.

Worst place to buy food, they always mess up your order, or very dishonest. I bought a 2 piece platter that comes with a large drink and they gave me a can of soda how can that amount to a large drink, then they add a fries to my order which I never order and I ask them to refund me she gave me some coins that didn't have the taxes in there, I told her to put it back on my card which turned out to be more than what she was giving me back. You have to physically check everything in the bag before you drive off or something will either be missing or the wrong thing in the container. NORTH POPEYES
0 star for customer service. The cashier was just starting at me when I entered the store. No greetings, no welcome, no acknowledgement. Poor customer service
Ordered a 12 piece nugget combo and 5 strips combo. Said it was a 6 minute wait which was okay. Got our food and the nuggets were half chicken strips cut up, and the 5 strips were cold. Don't know what exactly we waited on then. I'd rather they just be honest they didn't have something then cut up old chicken to make an order. Also for beans and rice that was soup. Seems some corners were being cut that day.
We had a coupon for a five piece signature meal and were told at the drive-through window that they don’t have that. Then she says just wait yes we do. She asked us what drinks we wanted and we explained to her that there were no drinks on the coupon and she said yes there is. When we got to the window we gave her the coupon and she had to give it to her manager. We are assuming it was the manager, who came out and said we have to tell them we have a coupon before we order. My husband then said we tried to tell you we had a coupon and her reply was “whatever”. Needless to say we’re having Dairy Queen tonight
