Had the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. Impressive slab of chicken between the buns. Crunchy and tasted good. Not as spicy as expected though. And the veggies were lack luster. However the pickles were nice. French fries were abundant and crispy - well done. Kids enjoyed the chicken nuggets and tenders. Big bonus here was everyone agreed upon eating at Popeyes. Full agreement is rare in our house so that is an accomplishment in itself. Recommend.
Would have given an even lower score! Shame on you Popeyes!!! We have just come through aweful covid restrictions and I go into this what appeared to be a beautiful location, only to find that "every" table in this location to be dirty with crumbs and garbage. Only to observe a staff member in uniform sitting with her friend eating, no others were in the place besides myself and my 83 year old aunt whom needs to be cautious of getting sick when out. We got our meals and sat where we could find somewhat of a clean spot. The young lady returned to her shift and her friend left . Other people then came in and couldn't find a clean table. Not one employee came to clean the tables. This place could do much better at representing the Popeyes brand. I'm so embarrassed that I won't go back there if they can't meet min standards, I wonder if they clean the kitchen the same way.Sad to know that business gets away with bad practices like these. SICK!!!
The place was dirty and the food was cold. When talked with them was told that we have to wait for 20 minutes for 5 ghost paper wings.
Every single time I place an order before I arrive, no matter how much time I give them, they never have it ready to go. Expect to wait, your food will be late.
Ordered the original chicken sandwich tonight. I guess they didn’t have the actual chicken cooked because what I got was a skinny chicken strip. I’ve eaten a fair number of these sandwiches at this location and other Popeyes and I know what they’re supposed to look like, and this isn’t it. It has always been a large, thick, coated chicken breast. When I went back to the counter, showed them the sad little strip of chicken and asked about it why it was so small, I was told this is how they make them. Um ... no. Funny thing is my husband got two chicken strips on his “original chicken” sandwich.Popeyes: If you don’t have the chicken cooked for the sandwich, just tell me and I’ll make my decisions about what I want to eat, but don’t try and pass off chicken strips as your chicken burger ... especially when you are giving me one strip and my husband two. No Bueno.(Full disclosure: I spread on honey mustard sauce and took a bite before I decided I was annoyed enough to take a picture and post here and warn others.)
A year ago I would have given at least 4 stars...this year...tried 3 times to eat here...they always out of Something..no fries, no sauce, today no tenders! Seriously! And last 2 times food was not very good. We don't know what has changed at this location but it's not good.
Combo served without biscuit. When I went back she said they were not ready. Could have said that when I picked it up. I started eating and was called that my biscuit was ready. I bit in and was still frozen in the middle. Won’t be back
love this place so much, best chicken sandwich out there! its good fresh chicken.
We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and many more things today at this store. The buns used in the chicken sandwiches were raw and also had raw flour on them. We brought that to the notice of the staff then staff instead of accepting the mistake they were arguing that if you would have taken out these order or delivered where would you be complaining. This is what Popeyes think of their customers that if the food is gone out of their premises they have no responsibility of the quality of the food. These food could have caused food poisoning to us . The staff was actually arguing instead of rectifying the mistake or making sure such quality food is not used in making of sandwiches.
Slipped and fell on a section of mopped floor that had no sign, wouldn't normally make a review for something like that. But the response of your workers was disgusting. Multiple customers told her there needed to be a sign so that didn't happen, she stared blank at them. When I said that was pretty messed up that she didn't seem to care as it wasn't the nicest fall her response was "oh"...
