Wings are always soggy and undercooked/ older sitting in the liquid. North Albert street location is always crispy and fresher
Ordered and told it would be delivered in half hour… called back after 45 mins and they said it has left…. Get called an hour later from the delivery guy saying it was out of his zone… called back to rochdale pizza hut and they said they would cover the cost and it would be delivered in 15-20 mins… it has now passed 45 min again and no pizza has shown up… i would not recommend rochdale regina pizza hut if your hungry!!!!
Pizza was cold and the meat on it was burnt crisp.
The pizza we order from here comes very warm and fresh and with the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. Service is fast and friendly.
My pizza was cooked perfectly! Perfect amount of toppings, lovely fluffy crust, was delicious. Absolutely will be ordering from here more!
I’ve ordered here multiple times, this time was the worst. All 3 pizzas basically raw,uncooked properly. I phoned and they did offer new pizza or a voucher….it was disgusting. If a company can’t cook a pizza properly then you should close that down or hire people that can work.
I literally have more cheese on my balls than this pizza has on it.
Pizza was so good...love the taste of it..guy in the counter gave an excellent service..overall loved the experience..definitely try it..
After placing my order online, I had to call the store as the website didn't add an item I wanted. The manager helped me to correct my order and sent it out for delivery. I received my order within 20 mins after placing my order. Was very impressed with their outstanding customer service and speed of delivery
