Satisfactory service by the servers. But that doesn’t make up for quality of food served. I mean while hurled if it has the potential to break your car’s windshield, it shouldn’t be called “tender”.May be the other items on the menu taste decent enough. So as benefit of doubt, two stars instead of one.
Honestly I’m floored with the customer service. I’ve been driving all day and just got to my hotel so I’m a bit cranky, I ordered for my family of 5 from here and it was well packaged and very presentable.However, I’m vegetarian and I made a note on the order no meat on mine and also called in to make sure they saw this note.Well it arrived with meat, I called and they passed me to the manager and he immediately rectified the situation. He offered to not only remake it but have it delivered to me as well (I had ordered through DoorDash).Just for this alone I would absolutely order from here again. It’s hard to come by such amazing customer service and empathy even though I was less than friendly when I called in about it originally.20/10 would recommend, everyone else loved their food too!
Medium rare steak sandwich should never be dry and bland. Server was awesome, but my steak was not juicy like it should have been. First clue was a bottle of HP sauce brought out with my meal
Daily Special on Tuesday (.49 wings) is a great deal. Really enjoyed the Mango Habanero and Caribbean Jerk flavours. Please please PLEASE bring back the Industrial flavour though. Last time I was here the kitchen made them for me. Today they wouldn't. :( I won't be coming back until you do! (2022/Apr/12)
Ordered delivery for what is normally my favorite tonight which was a Chipotle chicken quesadilla with sweet potato fries. No salsa, no sour cream, sweet potato fries were cold, and much of the quesadilla was empty/no filling. At $22.25 for this meal alone, it was extremely disappointing compared to usual.
The service was very good, but the food was lacking. My cheese quesadilla had very little cheese, I had to request salsa and sour cream that is supposed to come with it. My side salad came with leaves and goat cheese and none of the extras the menu boasted. Disappointing. We won't be returning.

Came here for a Christmas party. Food was good but service was just ok. It was not busy especially for this time of year. Was good but didn't go above for service
