My self & family will never eat at this location or south again! Came here for supper tonight and the man & women working were very rude! I believe they are the owners. Well they have absolutely no customer service skills. We asked for extra tzatziki sauce. As we always do and have never been charged extra for it. Well tonight the man told us no u have to pay for the extra. He argued with us about it to almost make it like we were lying. Maybe check with ur staff instead of arguing with a paying customer! As well ordered a kids meal I was more then willing to pay for extra fries but the women yelled at me saying no that's what u get without even giving me a chance to tell them I was willing to pay! Terrible terrible terrible! Will never return! They do not deserve my hard earned money!
THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN THE MAN AND WOMAN THAT OWN THE PLACE ARE RUDE AND DON’T DESERVE PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY TO BE SPENT HERE!! THE PORTION SIZE FOR MEALS ARE REALLY SMALL AND WHEN YOU ASK THEM ABOUT SOMETHING THEY GET RUDE OVER IT AND YELL AT YOU.

Awesome service. Always super friendly staff. And the food! Oh the food is amazing and when you get the steak as I do they cook it however you like it. Front medium rare to well done. Absolutely a must try and a must have again.!!

Warning for future customers or employee! If you see these two people behind the counter, run! Do not eat in here! The guy is the owner of this place and he has nothing but arrogance on his skin! I have never been treated in such a way that this guy have ever did., the crew named rup was asking me about my order online (everything was stated in there what I only want in my wrap) and I got confused if what she was asking was an extra and if I ever want something for extra I know it’ll be an extra cost and then the guy began interrupting and arguing and accused me of giving such attitude (I wasn’t even talking to him). Everything has been reported to the corporate office and have apologized to me because of this franchisee’s arrogance. Shame on this Filipino owner for being rude, arrogant and ignorant! You shouldn’t be owning a place where you guys don’t even know what customer service is!

I visited the store for the first time and had very bad experience. A girl was very rude( short girl with blue t- shirt) you have to be polite with your customers. Customer satisfaction is as important as serving good food.
