I'm going to need an explanation for the behavior my wife was just put through at this location 10mins ago.We choose this location close to home and prefer to give our business and money to Mr sub rather then going across the street to Subway.However.You have a employee there who should be fired.He was aggressive when questioned as to why he was taking toppings that were all mixed together and throwing them back into bins for the next customers.Toppings that had touched meat etc.He pointed his finger and told her "listen lady" multiple times while using an aggressive tone and body language with his angry eyes. I can assure you he's lucky I was not there.Disgusting treatment of a woman.

Owner doesn't pay out the tips, so if do eat here pay your tips in the cup, so kids working actually get them.

I have always enjoyed coming to this location and never had any issues up until recently. Last week, I ordered 2 large subs on skip the dishes from this location. Once our order arrived, the bread was very flaky and dry. My spouse and I could tell the bread was at least 1-2 days old, definitely not fresh. We contacted skip the dishes who refunded us 50% which was ok. I wanted to give this restaurant another chance so today I went in. I was greeted by a young man who asked me how I was, which was nice. He proceeded to get his gloves on and then walked to the back. I thought he may just be grabbing something so I stood there waiting for him to come back. After about 30 seconds, I peaked around the corner and he was texting on his phone in the back. I waited another 30-45 seconds and he just kept texting. I finally walked out. He didn’t tell me he would be right back, he didn’t say anything. He just walked to the back and started texting on his phone. I am highly disappointed with the customer service as I was the only customer in the store at the time and should be priority over a cellphone, I would think. After 2 not so great experiences, I will not be back to this location. It is unfortunate but come on.

So come to this place on occasion and its always good but last experience one of the employees didn't clean his hands or use gloves before making a sandwich. Staff should have some knowledge of cleanliness. Most likely will not return again.

Atleast your staff should have to behave properly as treat couriers like customers as we are also representing customers. Treat everyone equally and Take it in a positive way and improve your services rather than threatening me. Even you show unprofessional behavior here

been going here for years, great food, great staff

Upon arrival, a young gentleman who was making an order didn't acknowledge our presence or even say hello but the second gentleman, who came from the back, did. As we continued to wait, it became obvious that the young guy was in training so it was understandable as to why he didn't acknowledge us. While placing our order, the young gentleman didn't offer suggestions or upsell anything but the other gentleman definitely showed his experience by asking if I wanted to add any extras such as bacon or double meat. He also asked I was interested in making my meal into a combo. He even asked if I wanted my sub grilled. Those little things make a huge difference in making good customer service. Will definitely return again
