I've always been big on excellent customer service and this restaurant has it! They didn't take forever to get us seated, the staff were quite polite and attended to us with patience. Oh, and the ambience. 'Gram-worthy pictures for sure.
We had an excellent meal with excellent service. I had the Chipotle Mango Chicken and my wife had the Chicken Alfredo, both were excellent
This was our second visit to moxies after 5 years and that too coz we could not get a reservation at earls or brewhouse. The restaurant was very quiet on a very busy Saturday night. There was only one more table apart from ours whereas other places had no space.Our waitress was changed three times in one shift. Waited 10 - 15 minutes for her to bring our beers when it was not busy at all. I think they all were in a rush to finish their shifts. Third guy was very efficient and polite.About the food , we found little pricey for the quality especially nachos platter, main course was ok , tuna stack was really unique and tasted nice.Ambience is still great but very limited selection of beers and food. Happy hour menu at earls has more options and reasonable.

Felt bad maybe our server was new. Brought wrong meal for 1 person even after repeated twice bc of allergy manager had even checked. Took long wasn’t busy noisy table beside us. Asked if we wanted anything and never brought it anyway. No cutlery to eat dessert
A nice lunch out for 6 of us. Our server was attentive and got all orders correct. The cashew chicken lettuce wraps are very tasty, although we had to fight to separate the lettuce in large enough pieces to actually wrap anything. Other items ordered included Caesar salad, sushi stack, nachos, a pasta (not sure which), and a tomato and feta (?) appetizer. Everyone enjoyed their food.
Went there for my daughter's birthday supper. The food was good, the lettuce wraps were awesome. The service was ok, nothing spectacular, but good enough. The steak for my steak salad didn't come out of the kitchen, it was burnt, and I had a meeting so I didn't actually get a meal. All in all it wasn't a bad experience but it could have been more.
Excellent meal at Moxie's last night. They brought us a sample of a beer on tap which we liked and then ordered. We both had full racks of BBQed ribs, and they were delicious, as were the mashed potatoes, and asparagus/peppers. Finished up sharing a white chocolate brownie, which was beyond delicious. The food was so fresh and tasty and prepared to perfection, the service was stellar, and the team made sure our food was safe for a severe nut and pea allergy. Thank you to Sydney and Han our servers, Graydon the manager, and Eric the sous chef you guys were a great team and we really enjoyed our meal and dining experience at Moxie's. Thanks so much!!
Visited this restaurant on a Monday evening for Dinner. Waiter was very courteous and checked in on us which was nice. I noted that I have special dietary needs, which the waiter promptly ensured me that the food would be made exactly how I'd like it. Sure enough, the manager came out and took my order personally to ensure their are no issues which was very personable experience. Food came promptly, exactly as ordered and it tasted very good. My girlfriend liked her food but she said it could've been a bit better. However, overall the customer service level was impeccable, would certainly come back again and for that alone I give 5 stars. Thanks again Moxies team.
