Milky Way is a nice local Ice cream shop. We have to go here at least once a year! I enjoy their flavour of the days, cheesecake being one of my favourites. The last time we went, mocha was the flavour of the day. It wasn’t too strong, but there was a recognizable coffee flavour. Dipped in chocolate, and evens better! Milky Way’s soft serve ice cream is very smooth and not too cold. If you’re visiting Regina, this is a must visit!
Small ice cream place, good and fast service and staff also very friendly. first time we were there and had the icecream which was good quality. The only thing recommended, we went there at evening time and it was busy so go lil bit earlier so no need to wait.Overall nice icecream place with lots of varieties and options.?

Great selection of icecream and options. Almost everytime I've brought my family of 5 they've forgotten to give us one cone and when I ask about it they huff and puff. Lines are wild and their should be signage. Window off to the side should be specifically for handing out icecream.
Fast service and multiple ice cream choices. So yum and the staff is super nice ? Will get back soon
It's not worth the hype. It's mostly popular because of the name. The ice cream is good but I think it's fairly expensive for what it is. The staff are always kind, but I don't think I'd come back.

I have been going here since I was a small child and have always loved it, but tonight was appalling. The one and only time I try to order a burger, they tell me to wait five minutes, so I stand to the side and wait. Others walk up and place orders, I'm still waiting but no problem. Until, the people behind us had also ordered burgers, and they received theirs before us.. Confused, I waited for a few more minutes. After nearly ten minutes of waiting, a guy from the group behind us (who has been holding "his" burger for about five minutes at this point) tells them it's the wrong burger. So he puts it on the counter. I walk up and ask if it has the condiments on it that I ordered (basically asking "is this mine?"), the worker said no and walked away from me. Even more confused, I step away from the counter so others can keep ordering. After a couple more minutes, the worker comes back to tell me "oh, actually, this is your burger". They looked angry at me when I politely and simply asked for a refund. And then it took another five minutes of standing around waiting for said refund. After two years of the world stressing about the importance of health and safety from germs, they really wanted me to take a burger that a stranger had been squeezing for five minutes, and then sitting on the counter for another five. I couldn't believe it.
I love the ice cream here, but my last visit, I'm not sure what happened, but I was charged more than I should have been. I went with my family and we ordered three medium milkshakes, one medium hard cone, one small hard cone, a small sundae, and a small soft cone. All together, this should have been only a bit over 35$ (I did the math later), but they charged us over 77$. We paid with a card, but complained after, it turns out they added 3 other milkshakes (accident or not, I'm not sure). They took our order again to correct it and issued us a refund in cash. Regardless, it was still a hassle.
I always hear such great things about Milky Way, finally went and was fully disappointed. I got a peach sundae and my friend had a strawberry banana sundae. A part of me hopes they maybe ran out of the right ingredients and just tried to improvise? My peach sundae was vanilla soft serve with drained canned peaches scattered around it, and it took a long time to come out. I guess for a sundae I'd expect some sauce or something? I would have preferred if they said "Actually we are out of X or dont have X right now". The bananas on the strawberry banana sundae were freshly cut and looked pretty they weren't brown at all, but same.. the strawberries, they seemed like they had been drained with we think there might have been some strawberry sauce? it was hard to tell it was pretty watery with not much flavour. We also thought the ice cream tasted like a frozen dessert, it was like eating frozen cool whip. Maybe we just don't have the right taste buds for milky way, but anyway. Probably wont be going back.
