Great service and food always well made! Especially their coffee :)
Waited near the drive through speaker for 5 mins and no one answered. Just drove through the drive through and waited behind the cars for like 20 mins just to be yelled by someone "we don't have ice cream" impatiently. That was a bitter disappointment and it's not the first time. Most of the times the orders are wrong and this time they don't have ice cream. Is that location that busy that they always run out of ice cream?
Too cold and way too noisy. Music needed to be turned down. Some staff spoke way too loudly. It all made for an uncomfortable environment. Also noticed how much portions have been downsized
They forgot my straw and I asked for Mayo packets they charged me 80 cents for 4 and I only got two.Wasn't going to drive back over 40 cents and I have straws because the paper straws don't last long enough to enjoy any sized beverage.They tried their best, food was super fresh which actually makes it taste really good.
I don't head to McDonalds very often, however when I have the service is normally pretty good. Well that was not the case here, I waited for over 20 minutes watching the staff give my special order burger away to another customer, the member of staff that took my order was wondering where it went. Everything else escalated from there, I don't know how Drew and Jade got to their managerial positions, but Jade most definitely lacks customer service skills. I am glad this is not a McDonald's location local to me for the few times I do get my kids food there.
Worst service and didn’t have simply a bagel. Took forever for basic breakfast food and tons of people working here. Ridiculous. The Team lead is not a leader at all. She just yells and ignores customers and shows major signs of frustration and contempt. Leaders lead by example not by yelling and pointing fingers and ignoring customers. This place has not improved in the last year since I was here.
Terrible service and slowest drive thru I have ever experienced I usually eat here at night but I always have to wait for long minutes even if there is no one in the driveway….I have to come to this location because it is the closest to my apartment…or else I would never come at this horrible place…. If you come here prepare to wait at least 30 mins just for one burger… I would never recommend this location
I have found that as this location, the customer service has gone down hill multiple times!!!!! I often go through the drive-thru, and when I pay, the employee would automatically hand over the debit machine. I always have to ask how much I owe as I can never see the screen. But I often will pay by cash. So they should never assume that someone is gonna pay by debit! And then they give me my food and walk away. Never have I ever been acknowledged or have they said thank you for coming! I know what retail is like as I also work in retail. The South Albert location has bad customer service! ?
Slowest drive thru ever. Make you park and wait 20min for a breakfast sandwich when there are no other cars in the drive thru. How does it take 20 minutes to make a sandwich?
I have been going to this McDonald’s location for a very long time. I went to the drive-thru to order iced coffee, and the person at the drive thru kept speaking over me every time I tried to explain my order. I ordered two black iced coffees with no cream and no sugar. I ordered another iced coffee with light cream and light sugar. When I pulled up to the next window, they handed me coffees that looked transparent and didn’t taste very good. It almost tasted like water. It was watered down coffee. I asked them if they could politely make me new iced coffees, as these ones tasted like water, I would see through it, and the other one looked more like a milkshake than an iced coffee. They re-made new iced coffees, however, they ended up looking and tasting the exact same way. It’s too bad, as I used to really like this McDonald’s location. But lately, I find that the staff are rude, they talk over you, it seems like they aren’t fully trained, and the quality of the iced coffees have gone down overall. Thank goodness for Tim Horton’s, Starbucks, and other coffee places. I would rather pay a little more money to receive a correct coffee order. I won’t be returning to this McDonald’s location any longer.
