If I could give zero stars I would have. This had to be the worst McDonalds meal I have ever had. First the guy at the window was too busy talking on his cell phone to give me my meal. Once I got my meal it was so cold and at least all week old. Threw it in the garbage. What a waste of my money. Try a different McDonald’s, stay away from this one.
This McDonald's always seems to have great staff, hard working staff, however, they never have enough staff! Every time we visit the tables and floors are not clean. While the staff are busy the manager must address this outstanding issue. You need more staff.A food place should always have clean tables and floors this location does not. This is not a one off. It's been the last 4 visits when we saw dirty floors and tables each time.The fault lies with the management not the employees so whoever owns this location please fix this problem asap!
lovey customer service but they didn't have any available tables so i had to eat on the floor. some workers told me to get out but were very nice about it so i left as asked. one thing i have criticism for is the cleanliness of the floor. bit sticky and dust everywhere, ruined my good pants.
I am never the type to leave a complaint but I am quite upset after my last visit at McDonalds on Chuka. My friend & I were driving home from a night out & wanted to get some food & go to the washroom but we were still about 20 minutes from home & couldn’t hold it in any longer. So we stopped at McDonalds knowing that they are open for dine in till 12… keep in mind it’s only 10:45. As we approached the restaurant we saw the sign on the door claiming that they are open till midnight. However the door was locked, so we knocked on it a couple times, the manager noticed but didn’t give it any kind of attention. We then went through the drive thru because we were still going to get food & I asked the employee about their dine in times and he said it was only available till 10, a direct contradiction to the sign on the front. I then asked for an iced tea and received a water. When I told the employee about the mistake he seemed very annoyed & rude about it… Overall, I will be going to any other McDonalds from now on.
It's McDonald's, so you will find no surprises here. This location has a large parking lot and a split drive-through to allow for fast ordering. Staff is efficient and the restaurant is as clean as any other fast food chain location. Other fast food options are nearby, should you find this one unappealing.
Drive thru VERY Slow, I ordered a coffee and my husband got a sausage McMuffin we had to go park and wait - second time we have had to do that for a small order. They then came out couldn't find us, we had to honk,wave & get out to go get the small bag. The food is consistently cool never hot or fresh.
Worst customer service. Never ever going there as its near to my house but decided to go burger king after my todays experience. Visited on 5th May 2022 Regina east chuka blvd location drive thru. Order 2 fries and request for little crispy as my both kids love it rudly denied saying that we cant do it for 2 fries . And we went to burger king and got it from there little far from my house but got it what my kids like .. ????
More frequently than any other McDonald's in this city do they have system updates. The doors have been locked before midnight and the phone lines go down when you attempt to call them. I really don't know if this is intentional negligence but they do have some friendly staffQuote: "we'll be rebooting our system for the next hour" ?
Quick, simple and cheap. Got what I paid for and then some I'd say. Would recommend not going there during the lunch rush at certain branches since they have lesser workers ergo longer wait times.
This location is probably the worst in the city. I’ve given them a few tries to do better but I have never had a correct order. I’ve had entire meals missing from my order and they just don’t seem to care. They are pleasant 25% of the time, they can’t seem to listen to orders properly (maybe they don’t know their own menu?) and just put through what they want, rather than what you say. Don’t get me started on the food quality. Who makes a burger with no meat?! I’ll go out of my way to avoid this location.
