One of the worst experiences with Mc Donalds in a while. Drive through- no ice so no ice coffee - no mango so no smothies - milk shake machine not working.I have 3 grandchildren. One wanted an ice cap, one want a mango smoothie and the last wanted a strawberry milkshake. Very bad experiene.
They don’t take orders based on who’s there first. I pulled up to the drive through to order and waited and waited for my turn to order. Once the person ahead of me was finished another person pulled up and they started taking their order instead of mine.
I like McDonald's. Many of us do. This particular location does not stress me or make me yell my order out at the drive thru so if you speak with an accent you might be lucky not to repeat yourself more than twice. And friendly staff too, so yea, I recommend.
Order anything and they ask you to pull ahead and wait… you’d think that because they make burgers and fries for a living these items would be ready… never fails though.. please wait for 10 min for us to make your cheeseburger at 6:00 pm…
Not really 24 hours. Got to drive through for a mobile order. The dude inside could see me but just ignored me for 10 min straight and after I called them, was told they have to update tills daily which takes 30 min but from experience I know there are multiple tills and end of the day report and balancing definitely doesn't take 30 min. Both the guys clearing didnt wanna work and were just waiting for their shift to end. This is for the morning of May7th around 3:45am.
This is probably the best Mcdonald’s in town, the best manager and very friendly staff here, fresh and nicely stirred coffee every time, 100% satisfied
Stopped in to visit with a friend over a beverage. Was disappointed that a soft drink is not an option to redeem rewards points for. The soft drink refill station is back up and running, so that a little bit took away the sting of $3! for a large drink. Place seemed clean enough from what I saw of it. University students coming in eager for free wifi.
I went through the drive-through to order kids happy meal, they forgot to give drink with it. Also ordered 2 boston cream donuts with other items, again they forgot to put boston cream in a bag and this happened at a same time.
Overall pretty good experience. This store is known for one quick snack stop before going to the University. Don’t forget to taste their delicious freshly made cookies. Also, love how they slowly upshift you with a muffin or something every time you order via drive-thru. Great job guys.
They always forget parts of my meal. I have been ordering through skipthedishes many times but sometimes there is no cheese in burger even if i pay for it on the application. Sometimes there is no extra sauce or the topping that i have asked for in my burger even if i pay for it. Extremely dissatisfied!
