2 times now in less than 2 Months, I had ordered on the App and pulled into curbside only to wait 15 min before going in to find that they forgot or lost my order somehow. I expect so much more from this restaurant
I'm giving a 1 star review because their coffee frappes have been unavailable for over a month. Yet they're advertising them.. I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes one day and upon finally getting my turn to order the medium coffee frappe, the girl tried deciding for me that I just wanted a medium coffee, I corrected her and she changed it to a cappuccino, I corrected her again and she told me they didn't have coffee frappes. So i tried for a vanilla chai frappe.. none of those either. so I was stuck with THEE worst iced "coffee" (it was water with cream, I swear) because if I'm going to sit in that obscene line.. I better get something... full regrets.
They literally took.30 minutes to get through 4 cars and. Didn’t fairly take orders for the drive through - it’s a joke that McDonald’s hires people who actually care about their work ethic when they are unable to even communicate effectively with customers feedback. This is not fast food it’s garbage slow service from people who do not care
I visited today as an Indirect Customer, I had a very bad experience today ever in McDonald's, with the crew guy whose name was AQEEL, he had no sense about customer service. He must be properly trained. However, the lady manager was very humble.
Stay away from this mcdonalds at ALL costs. The afternoon manager is AWFUL. She does not respect food saftey at all. I have seen her repackage food to change the date. She gave me snack sized when my coupon said SMALL. She's so rude. Do not go
Usually they were good but the last couple times I have when inside it had stunk like a outhouse , the tables were dirty , theres usually always homeless people sitting outside ( that's been a always tho) Nd the staff some are amazing Nd others make you wait 5-20 mins before they even come help you with your order
WHY IS THE COFFEE ALWAYS SO BAD?? Rest of my orders have always been great but the coffee just always tastes like the cream comes from an Egyptian camel that hasn’t been refrigerated in 2 months.
Everything is done in a timely manner - including for those who need to stop in for those busy days.. and there's an infused teamwork environment. ?

It's McDonalds... Foods fast. Not always amazing. They often mix up orders.
