The food was good but the service was non-existent. We were only one of three tables in the restaurant but our waitress ignored our table. After the 3rd trip to the other tables we had to shout at her to ask for drinks and she said they were closing and she wasn't going to serve us anymore. Why was she still serving the other tables? Why wouldn't she at least ask us if the food was alright? A second glass of wine to enjoy with our food would have been nice.
Service was terrible. Tried to order drinks but waitress talked to the other 2 tables in the area and wouldn't even look at us. Had to shout at her after her third trip to the table beside us and she wouldn't let us order drinks
We ordered the February special for takeout tonight and we’re very disappointed. The food was bland and the garlic toast was not fresh. It’s definitely not like it used to be. We won’t be ordering again.
Outstanding service! The food is even better! Food portions to pricing is crazy. I feel like you are getting double the food for what you pay for. Will definitely be going back many more times!
we used to really like Luiggi's but the past couple times we got take out we recieved dry pasta and thr meatballs usually had a sauce but there was like no sauce in our order yesterday.
Been coming here since it first opened ( once or twice a year, this certainly has been the first time I wasn't happy, I get that we all have bad days but being a better restaurant I don't expect a grouchy waitress, seemed very disinterested in being there which in itself drops the tip from 30 to 20% for me but the food itself was definitely approaching mediocre and the rolls they brought us were ice old in the middle. At this point just didn't feel like mentioning just maybe be a long while before we try again if ever
Great service and food for our group function. Appreciated that we could bring in our own birthday cake.
Good food $3 for a small scoop of ice cream $2 would have been better otherwise overall it was good?
Excellent customer service and delicious food. Ordered their version of cheese toast and was surprised by their version, it was very good. I also ordered the chicken parmigiana with fires and it was delicious. Will definitely return here again.
I ordered the fettuccine with mushroom sauce and it was the strangest sauce I've ever had in an Italian restaurant. There were so many onions in it I couldn't taste any garlic and I could barely taste the mushrooms. Also the sauce looked kind of clear but yet thick so it looked like they thickened it with either cornstarch or with flour, it didn't seem to be very creamy or have any cream or cheese.The service was awful too, she seemed annoyed and tired.I was so disappointed that I don't think I will go again.
