Not sure how to explain how bad this place is. Sadly the only one near us. We did check the bag before leaving, but did not open the sandwiches. Great to pay for things that you don't get.Word to the wise, pull open all items ordered in your bag before driving away. Too easy for them to just fill it with what they gave hanging around.
Went through the drive thru to get a 20 PC feast for an event and they ALMOST told us that we couldn't order that but told us they would give us 19 pieces and give us 2 chicken strips to substitute for the one missing chicken. Their staff is so rude and not friendly at all. They couldn't even give us extra cups and plates when we got such a large order and were rude when we asked for more. Horrible horrible experience.
I had a coupon for a 9 peice box that expires May 15th, but this store refused to honour it. The coupon came in the mail in Regina and they just said it was not valid because it was from another province. I used other coupons from the same set at other Regina Kfc stores. I have been using Regina mailbox delivered coupons for years and never had a store refuse them with a lame excuse that it was from another province. They just did not want to honour the price. I did like this kfc store before, but not now.
Came to order inside but the doors were already locked, at 10:06pm? When it clearly says they close at 11pm. It didn’t say that they close at 10pm at front and 11pm in drive thru? AND they were OUT of regular chicken at 10:10pm? I wonder why they can’t cook any more chicken when there’s still an hour left til they close up. I understand that there may not be enough costumers but maybe put up a sign that you close at 10pm instead of leading us on.? Not sure if management cares.??♀️
The manager yelled at the new guy in front of customers, the other manager held up her hand and rudely said to customer that we can wait well she pulled the new guy away to yell at him and he was trying to tell her about the couple. The couple they were sitting there way before we walked in and we’re still waiting for there food when we were leaving we had to wait for almost 45 min, they should not have had to wait that long. It was canceled. There was no organizing it was complete Chaos. And just the rudeness….. Do better like my god get better managers that don’t treat customers and staff like that… wow … this place really dose not deserve any stars
This place is extremely Nice with super friendly staff, i loved the food, if was fresh and tasty.I think the cook has a magic in his hands.??✅

I will start off by saying this place is a joke. If you are looking at the reviews before you decide if you want to go here or not, trust the 1 star reviews - it is as bad as people are reviewing. One car in the drive thru ahead of us. Finally were able to order after waiting for a bit (US CUSTOMERS TAKE NOTE THAT KFC IN CANADA DOES NOT HAVE MASHED POTATOES). Received our food and went to our hotel that was across the street. Food was not fresh and had been sitting for a while (we were there about 6:30) and we had to reheat. We only ate a few bites as it did not taste good at all. Took all our food and drinks back and explained to them how bad it was, and they argued with us that it could not be old as 4:00-7:00 is there rush and food does not sit. Well. we were there at 6:30, one car in front of us and nobody ever came after us the whole time we waited and after we had left so I guess 2 cars are a rush for them. The manager said that she did not have the ability to refund our money and would have the manager in the morning refund it. It has now been 5 days and no refund so I have filed a disputer with my credit card company. I would guess this place will be closed when we come up next year looking at their recent reviews. I should also mention that 2 of us got sick from the LITTLE food we ate.
