50 minutes for a Door Dash delivery. I live 5 minutes away from the store. My order wasn't difficult. Horrible service.
The chicken is greasy and looks like the oil that they used to deep fry the chicken is old oil…yuck.. coleslaw is terrible they do not know how to make coleslaw. The container that they to deliver the food is so filthy..I hope food safety check on this store. I would nevwr recommend this store.
Discolored tenders due to old grease and the Native guy at the counter even admitted it to me lol. Couldn't even eat it. So gross, never going there again!
Walked in at 7 pm, I'm the only customer, it's deathly quiet. I order a famous chicken sandwich. The clerk charges me $10, I explained its currently on sale for $4.39.She then says, ok - your total in $4.39.I go sit down. A few minutes later she says I will need to wait 15 minutes because all the chicken is frozen.Are you kidding!?!??I've never heard anything so ridiculous at a restaurant.Absolutely the worst place.
AVOID THIS PLACE, DONT READ IF SQUEAMISHI phoned McCarthy to order for pick up, and got transferred there. They told us 20 minute wait however we got there after 20 minutes and they still hadn’t started it so we had to wait. We were in there for 5 minutes before I notice something on the window sill, I got closer and discover it was a DEAD COCKROACH. After that I start looking harder found about 10 roaches in total just in the sitting area, 8 of them dead 2 of them still moving. After we told them we weren’t taking the food and wanted a refund they threatened to phone the police on us while hastily cleaning the windows and floors. We left sick to our stomachs and not hungry anymore. The pictures below are the ones I was able to take.
Best gravy I ever had. I don't know what they did but it was a good kinda sloppy with very little pigment in it, like pure chicken grease? Would recommend
We love kfc but this kfc were we ordered from they forgot 2 large fries and the chickens gotten cold before the brought the fries after calling a few times . So not worth the money we payed
I check the reviews most of the customers complaining about the oil. The thing is its not in the hands of employees. The company sending less oil, so thay need to use it for more days. Even sometimes its looks like dark black colour.

Food I had ordered from here was GROSS. everything was cold and the gravy had no taste whatsoever. The chicken had to have been couple hours old cause it was cold and hard. The fries were really dry and old. Fckin guys in the back were just standing around talking, making it look like they were actually doing something. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!.
