Terrible customer service! Waited patiently at the drive thru and when it’s my turn the female Filipino staff was very rude. Did not even bother to ask for my alternative order, she just turned away, was in so much hurry and just closed the window without even taking my order yet! I DO NOT recommend this place at all! Hiring manager should be more skilled in hiring their staff. Your customers need to be treated better.
Picked up some chicken and fries and it was terrible. Small pieces of tasteless chicken and the gravy was bland also. Tasted like the oil had not been changed for a long time. Terrible experience.
Worst Kfc store ever. Very very less quality of fries and popcorn chicken as you can see in picture. Dont visit this kfc store. The people who are working their must be eating your food so that you will get less.
The order wasn’t filled correctly! I asked for 2 sandwiches with cheese (they didn’t have any cheese), 2 chocolate chip cookies that weren’t in there, 2 dips that weren’t there, 2-20 oz Pepsis (they sent 2-355 ml sized instead) I asked for mega individual fries - instead they put in regular individual fries and I paid extra for the mega! Never have I experienced this much missing from my order!!!
Terrible. Don't waste your time here especially by skip the dishes. I ordered my food that was almost $100 only for them not to drop my food. On top of that when I tried to contact them (which was several times) it went into immediate voicemail. I'm highly disappointed in this restaurant. Never Again.
Just ordered the Double Down box meal and it didn't even come with bacon on it, coleslaw also was not filled up and there was like 5 pieces of popcorn chicken. Waste of money
I pre ordered my chicken for pick up when I got there they told me there was none left and have to wait an extra 20 minutes for it was over an hour before I got my order not very happy the chicken is good
We ordered an 18 pc Family Bucket with extra Gravy & 20 Hotwings. The gravies and the mac salad were not filled up all the way (3 quarters full) the Chicken was burnt and didn't taste good with some raw breading (definitely needed a proper stir out) and the wings were ice cold and tasted old. The only good thing were the fries! I tried to call the restaurant and they didn't answer the phone (called a few times) Definitely not worth the money and I will not be going back.

HORRIBLY MADE BUG CRUNCH I ORDERED AND RECIEVED THE SANDWHICH WITHIN 2 MINUTES LIKE I LOVE FAST SERVICE BUT NOT A BURGER THATS BEEN SITTING OUT. IT WAS FREEZING AND MADE WRONG. IM SO DISAPPOINTED the bun wasn’t even tossed just dry and gross and stale.
