Sooooooo slow. No sense of urgency. Watched the employees joking around the whole time while we waited over 30 minutes for a couple sandwiches and chicken tenders. Won’t be going here again. Worst service ever.
Went through the drive through. Paid for 2 different things only got 1. No receipt in the bag either so I cant prove that i got over charged.
App wasn’t working so drove and picked up my order.They store was having POS issues as well.Store needs a good cleaning. Even the back looked messy.

We had the Classic chicken with spicy mayo... It could have been spread out a bit better... They may have been busy or short-staffed too I don't know.
Very disappointed with todays purchase. Ordered two box meals, only received one side,the fries were cold and soggy, neither gravy’s were in the bag, zero dips for the popcorn chicken or the tenders and the spicey chicken sandwich was a bun, the crispy chicken breast and regular mayo. Will not go back to kfc again.
Don't order from here the food was really really greasy had to wait over an hour for online order.
Third time in a row they ruined my order. Last time they mist have triple cooked the chicken, because it was jerky. The time before that wrong items. Today again, wrong items. I arrived 40 minutes after opening. Should be plenty time to get ready. I placed my order through drive-thru. She pauses for over a minute and repeats my order back to me wrong. I order 2 big crunch original and 2 small fries, she says one spicy big crunch with 2 small fries. I repeat my order, 2 Original big crunch sandwiches and 2 small fries please. Then, she takes another long pause, and does not confirm the order. Finally, "Is that everything?" Yes. No follow up. No thanks, please drive ahead, or please pull up, or here's your total. I get to the window, does not say the total just hands me the debit terminal and then gives me two Spicy Double Tender sandwiches. If they don't get quality under control, I can't see them surviving. I've gone to this location my whole life and it is now just a waste. I won't be back for a very long time if ever.
Ordered a 5 dollar deal and got 7 pieces of popcorn chicken, the fries were cold. Complete east of money, won’t go there again
Hours say "open till 11" drive there after work to order at 10:20pm and I'm told they will not be making more chicken for my order because they close soon... That's 40 minutes away from closing!!!! That's poor service I'd say.... Will not be back!
