Horrible fries ice cold, gravy just over 1/2 full, zinger burger didn't even cover bun less than 1/4 thick.
Food was cold and greasy. Moosomin KFC has better food and more professional staff. And it's a small community.
I think that I am done with kfc. The last chicken I had was not flavourful like it used to be. I actually add spices to it and cook in a medium temp over on a rack until the grease runs and skin is crispy
They wouldn’t let me inside to pick up my food… instead an employee just shook her head at me. Absolutely horrible service. If you aren’t going to have the dining room open don’t take orders online for pick up. I’m very upset with the service. This is the last time I order from here.
Was treated very rudely by a woman named NAVI who wasnt even taking my order she had to rudely interrupt the nice guy with good customer service skills to tell me IF YOU NOT SURE OF WHAT YOU WANT THEN COME IN SIDE YOUR HOLDING UP OUR DRIVE THRU TIME, im a paying customer and i am sure that the menu posted outside is for reading or why else would they put one out there, and its hard to order your food when a train comes by and blows its horn 10 times loudly. There was one car behind me who had just got there and it shouldnt have matter anyway, time for some Training NAVI in how to be a good customer service representative because that was disgusting of how you represent the company you work for. I will be calling in tmr morning !!! Eating my food they forgot the sauce the gravy was not full and the fries and wings were not fresh at all !!! Dissapointed the quality of this place has gone down big time !
Service staffs are not friendly, did not take our orders right and their attitude was disrespectful when they were taking our orders. My chicken looked like someone took a bite of it!!!
WORST KFC EVER. Messed up our order twice. so drove all the way back to get some sauce and a popcorn chicken bowl, the girl working was extremely rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t give me any sauce after we had JUST ordered popcorn chicken. Said she could only give me 1and told me I was lying about just ordering … told me it’s because I wasn’t charged for sauce. The other guy working was also super rude and unprofessional, and on their phones. Such a gross experience, will never be back.
tried ordering 6 pieces of chicken, I was told I'd have to wait 25 minutes.. pretty ridiculous.
They gave me alllll the wrong sauces for my tenders. Actually… I was given a choice on the app of three sauces and I choose 3 different sauces(buttermilk ranch, bbq and Carolina mustard) and ordered a 4th(plum).. then they gave me 3 plum sauces. They also gave the wrong size of macaroni salad. Which I went. Back to the store and exchanged for the proper one. And gave me the wrong size of gravy. Asked for an individual and they gave me a large.. I’m not mad about that but for portion control and business sake.. that’s extra money going out the window. Fries weren’t that fresh … Chicken tenders were very tasty . Also Mac salad very tasty.. Other then the sauces and fries. It was ok.
Chicken is always good. Wish the fries were crisper and gravy had more flavor like it used to. Salads are really good.
