I got a chicken sandwich combo through the drive thru. As I drove away I reached inside the bag to grab a French fry or two and they were cold. Not lukewarm, cold. I should have stopped and went in restaurant but I was in a rush. Pretty disappointing. Cold. The chicken sandwich was good and pineapple juice yummy, but cold fries??! Come on.
My SO and I will drive 45 minutes at the drop of a hat to dig in to some Jollibees. In 10 visits over the last 4 months we have yet to be disappointed. You have to eat your sides first because the chicken is too hot. That's a good thing. Service is fast, friendly and on point.
Friendly, helpful staff! I just tried a 3-piece spicy fried chicken meal with fries. It was great! Chicken was hot and crispy and the fries were good too. The pineapple juice that comes with is also ??Everything in this place was nice and clean, including the washroom.
Always a great place to go when you crave very juicy chicken. The chicken here is seemingly always freshly made, just the perfect temperature, never dry, and very flavourful. At this point, I think I have tried everything and it has always hit my expectations of what Jollibee should be. Staff is always friendly, they take their time to ensure the food is hot and well made. This place truly is a gem in the city.
My husband and kids stopped in for lunch on the way from the airport and our daughter accidentally left her purse on the chair. They didn't realize it until they got home an hour away so our daughter immediately called the restaurant. They had set her purse aside for her and confirmed her identity and then we drove back the hour to Regina to collect her purse. Without her passport she would have been stranded so we are so grateful for the kindness and honesty of the staff. The food was great too. Thanks so much! Definitely would go back.
Best fried chicken ever, especially the spicy if you can handle it. You will wait, but will get fresh and hot fried chicken ?. They need to open another two branches to serve the south and north ends.
Very good fried chicken. Hot and juicy picked it up and had it in a hotel room the chicken is almost to hot to hold still. The spicy chicken sandwich actually has some heat to it unlike other places. Its not screaming hot but the breading has a pepper spice to it and its actually a chicken breast. The burger steak is a very thin hamburger patty with mushrooms and a huge helping of gravy covering everything. The peach mango pie and banana langka pie is very good. Not sweet but very tasty.
The food is good. The spicy chicken was tasty but spicier than expected. Spaghetti is the best. The drive-through is super slow though.
I love their palabok, my kids love the spaghetti and burger steaks,though their chicken joy doesnt taste the same anymore. I"m missing their jollibee hotdog. Hat's off to all the staff the store quite busy and i think they are understaff but still they manage to serve us well.
