I don't even usually like deli sandwiches but was told I had to give this place a try. I'm so glad I did - amazing sandwiches and really fun to browse the shelves to look for something new to make at home.
What can someone say that hasn't already been said?!? Great food, awesome friendly staff! Lots of amazing gluten-free and vegetarian options too (if that's your thing).
Great selection. The sandwiches are the best walk up and pay lunch someone can get. Staff is the most friendly and genuine you can get. Almost brightens your day going in.
These are my favourite sandwiches. I have been coming here for years and will continue to come back and tell others about the sandwiches. I just found out recently that you can get a sandwich on marble rye instead which I never knew before. The “San Danielle mortadella” is also so delicious. I often buy some to go for sandwiches I make at home.

Unbelievable sandwiches, so many unique food and grocery choices and the staff is phenomenal! It’s a busy little place that should be on everyone’s list of must-dos. Grab some snacks and a few amazing sandwich’s and head over and enjoy a picnic in Wascana park.
The first time I tried Italian Star Deli was the day my tastebuds awoke from their long slumber. It is hands down the best sandwich I’ve ever had!
Italian star deli is a Regina staple and their Italian sandwich speaks true to that. I believe it's been rated one of Regina's best deli's for many years. They typically have Italian sandwiches ready to grab and go but you can also request to have yours made if you want to customize it. Everytime I'm back home I stop in, it's impossible not to!
Love ths Deli! Their sandwiches are awesome! They have a good variety of authentic Italian food and ingredients. If you haven't tried, I would suggest doing it. Lunchtime is pretty busy but worth it the wait. The only thing I would say is they need a better delivery service. $10 for Downtown and $20 for delivery outside of the DT Area with at least a days notice is not a very good Customer model. Otherwise worth the money.
Love love this place!!We've been coming here for years for sandwiches.The best sandwiches in town!They have a big selection of Italian products. Some of the ladies making the sandwiches unfortunately come off a bit rude sometimes, but the young guy working the front is always polite and welcoming. Definitely worth visiting if you haven't visited yet.
