This experience was terrible! I thought I would be getting a bubble tea when they charge extra for the actual tapioca bubbles. So you can't get bubble tea at this place!It's a shame that they don't include the bubbles, so THIS place only gives you fruit drinks with milk. I just wish the owners weren't rip off artists.I feel very sad for them, and the victims that are still left in the dark about what the drinks really are, and how they are to be served.
The only bubble tea place I would go in the city. I've tried most of the stuff on the menu and they all tasted fantastic. My favorite is Taro milk tea + red bean. Boss is friendly and would give you recommendation if you are not sure what to order. Cashier is very nice and customer service is always the best with a big smile. Highly recommended!

Very nice. By far the best bubble tea compared to Gong Cha and Chatime. One thing I don't like is that the place is a little bit small so you really can't sit down and enjoy your drink but other than that it's pretty solid.

I made a mistake when I ordered and they were super nice and offered to remake it for me. I didn't end up taking them up on it since it was my fault (and besides, I've been meaning to try other flavours and it was still really good!). I really appreciated their understanding of the mistake and for the offer to remake it.
I should visit this place in the near future and I'll let you guys know how they are.. in Regina , see if they're polite, clean or have a good customer service. We will see...

Absolutely the best tea shop in the town. Always nice and friendly, fast and delicious drinks. It is the first bubble tea shop opened in regina I remembered. It is my favorite after try them all others in town.
