First we were told they're now buffet only, no more iPads to place orders since the sushi are now part of the buffet. But then other tables have been given iPads to place their orders. Second, we were told they are only serving fried rice, no more white rice...but then after 15 minutes, white rice was served. And most annoyingly, we placed our orders thru iPad like what everyone else were doing, none of our orders arrived! Why? Because all of our orders were served and eaten in the wrong table. Jeeezzz! Super super bad service!!!
The buffet opens at 11. I'm on a 45 minute lunch break. When I walked in I was concerned because I didn't see any food. I asked the gentleman working at the front how long it would take for the food. He said it will be ready very soon. It's now 11:45 and there is still not a single item out. I now have no lunch. Maybe change your restaurant hours or show up to work on time. Wouldn't recommend and will not be coming back
This place used to be a great place to go, but now I will not be going back. Food was mediocre at best and had super long wait times. We went there thinking an hour and a half was plenty of time to eat but we barely got any of the food we ordered and we left hungry. We sat by the kitchen and it was clear that takeout was priority over in person dining. The rolls we received were all rice and had barely any centre. It was not a good time and it wasn't worth the money,and by the looks of all the other reviews this seems to be the new norm. Definitely don't recommend and won't be going back.
What a rip off. Won’t need covid to shut this place down, if you want to have a really crappy experience your safer to go do a polar bear swim. This isn’t about any particular waiter or staff this place is just commuting theft in the form of tiny portions for 25$ per person.
The food was good but the service was non existent, the waitress was no where to be found once we had received our food… Which we didn’t receive everything we had ordered. Too bad, used to be such a good place to eat! Definitely not worth it! We will not be back

Quite sad. It used to be my fav sushi restaurant for like 4 years, and now it's just not the same. Customer service doesn't exist anymore. The quality of their food went from 5 star to barely 2. I wish it was just like pre-pandemic. I asked my parents who also were quite loyal customers there, and they unfortunatelyhad the same opinion as me. Have to find another sushi place now :(
Frustration. They didn't close for 25 mins. I wanted to put in a simple California roll and a Philadelphia roll for pick up. My spouse was next door. They wouldn't answer the phone and the online ordering closed off at 830 pm.Guess they don't need the business.
Do NOT go there for sushi. Save your money and time! Awful service!I had to wait extremely long, over 52 mins between each serving (buffet) even thought restaurant was half empty.Now I read some of Google reviews many customer had mentioned their poor service and today I also experienced it! I totally wasted my $62. Save your money & time, and don't go there. Awful service!
Pre pandemic the service here was fine. Yesterday’s experience was the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had. Even though it was a “buffet”, it took over an hour to get half of our food. The server recommended ordering a small amount the first order, then ordering more the second time once we knew what we liked. It took so long that we left and didn’t bother placing a second order because we didn’t have another 1-2 hours to kill. We thought the slow service was due to fresh food being cooked, but it was mostly cold and not very good quality. We asked twice to get individual plates so we didn’t have to eat off of one plate, but never got them. They also brought us someone else’s sushi, instead of our own. On top of it, out of all the empty tables in the restaurant they placed us right next to another family less than 2 feet apart.. not even walking room between the two tables. We were so close together, my mother did not feel comfortable having her mask off. They also did not ask for proof of vaccination on entry. Not even close to being worth the stress and $30/person. The whole experience was a disaster and wouldn’t recommend anyone spending their evening here.
