Went to dinner with the my family they seated us by the kitchen. When we first arrived all we could smell was like a burnt fish dish. There was 6 of us n they screwed up on every meal somehow. Either over cooked meat, skimpy on my daughter's spaghetti sauce, dressing not on the side & no veggies on the quesadillas (pretty much just cheese) anyways the tab was over $150. It makes me wonder why we even go out to eat at restaurants anymore.
Items missing from order. Embarrassingly had to chase delivery driver down the street. When he noticed me, he smiled, laughed and drove away. I called manager to describe my experience, he refused to send out the missing items, instead offered a credit after I had to literally negotiate with him. Was told the driver doesn't speak English even though he had no trouble talking to me at my door. Furthermore, the chicken was cold and the toast was borderline concrete, I didn't bother checking the rice as its container was also cold. A pretty pathetic overall experience with Houston Pizza Quance, their management and their thick-headed driver.
Ordered picked up. It said it would be ready in 35 mins, which is fine. I arrive to the restaurant and after I paid(big mistake to pay before receiving it). I waited another 15 mins only for the manager to tell me that they made the wrong pizza and I'd have to wait another 20 mins. Very unacceptable, and when I asked for my refund, he couldn't credit my card because he didn't have the "code". Waste of time, I went elsewhere.
I recently had a lasagna lunch at Houston Pizza. Typically lasagna has meat sauce, not just noodles and cheese. Houston Pizza's lasagna is dry and lacks taste as there is hardly any meat sauce.
Over priced, small portion and very soggy.I paid nearly $50 through uber eats for a 10" all dressed pizza. Not worth the price, feels like they just put a cold cut trio toppings between dough and cheese and it doesn't stay together. Save your money.
One of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had when it comes to ordering takeout. Cold, overcooked, meatless pizza. Cold, meatless, tasteless lasagna, cold salty ribs. Sub standard when it comes to quality. Obviously this particular store may not believe in quality control
Over cooked pizza, cold ribs, and pretty sure they just put noodles in a dish and cooked some cheese on top and called it lasagna. Very disappointed
Ordered from our hotel on our way home to Ontario. Food was amazing!!!Everything was hot fresh and delicious!The portions were so large we all had our lunches for the next day set. Thank you Houston pizza on quance st!!
I had the all dressed pizza and it just wasn't all that. It's about an inch of meat, and the crust under the meat was soft nearly soggy. The sauce was nothing special. I also had wings, and they were a huge let down, one of the wings wasn't even sauced and it was the smallest pound of wings I've seen. 8 wings, but 4 of them were really tiny. Beer wasnt even cold. Normally I try to leave upbeat reviews, but I just don't feel like Houston's is trying all that hard.
The service was great and the place was clean. The pizza was ok. It is not the same Houston pizza it used to be. Something is different. The sauce tasted different.Don't get the idea it wasn't good it just want the same as the great Houston pizza of the past.
