Just wanted to leave a positive review. We ordered from here tonight via a delivery service, the driver forgot to pick up part of the order. The restaurant phoned to let us know, in the process of asking for a refund from the service I accidentally gave the restaurant a “thumbs down” which I can’t figure out how to take away.Our food was delicious and ready quickly. An excellent mid week meal.
We've been there countless times and always had good food, service is sometimes sub-par but overall alright. Ordered from skip the dishes tonight, everything got delivered except for my drink. No biggie, however after calling and explaining to the lady she told me I needed to re-order the drink, I told her I'd rather not pay twice for a drink I never got in the first place. Granted it could've been the skip drivers fault. She said she would call her manager and get back to me. So I waited 30 mins and never heard back. I called back and she said her manager would call me in ten minutes. It's been over an hour and haven't heard back. So unprofessional and literally over a 3$ drink. At this point it's not even about the drink, I'm disappointed with how they handled it or rather how they didn't handle it. Bad taste in my mouth. Probably won't be back in a while.
Come here at noon hour on lunch break from work. Have one worker running around doing skip orders and customers here. Waited over 40 minutes to order my food. Lady was doing great under pressure but seems like a scheduling disaster. Awful experience from a customer end.Edit:Then call in another staff to help?
DisappointedNever had this kind of experience ever, as all the food was soggy .Tacos were uncooked and spilled too.Chips were half cooked. And the worst bowl I’ve ever had as it was tasting like lettuce only and at the bottom it was so mushy and mess, I didn’t even eat all that. Whosoever made that should take care of all this as it was the worst Mexican food I’ve ate in my life .Please guys prepare your food well to get hold of your loyal customers.-thanksDavid R.
I have ordered for a veggie bowl and it has reached to me in a much soggy state. This is second time I am receiving food in this way and also this time the bowl was poorly packed so all the salsa and sauces spill out. I have got great services in past, I don't know if it was a new employee or someone else's mistake but I think this is something to be taken care about. I am very disappointed.
Ordered here from the first time back in October and it was so good. If you’re into spicy, and I mean SPICY, you need to eat here. Excellent Mexican food with flavour. Will eat here again!
They went above and beyond with our most recent order, we ordered through skip the dishes and they screwed up part of our order, after having a wonderfully pleasant conversation on the phone they remade and sent the fixed order and hand delivered it. Then followed it up with a phone call after to make sure that we received the fixed order. 10/10 would recommend for anyone.
