Bought a Cobb salad today. They have substituted shredded mozza for the blue cheese and tanch dressing instead of the vinegarette, which in my mind are some of the things that make a cobb a cobb salad. No mention was made of this. I of course would not have ordered this salad if I had known before hand but didn't notice until I got back to work. Salad had NO taste. Please inform your customers of your changes. NOT worth my $15!
Got a strawberry and banana smoothie here today. I'm really not sure how anyone can mess that up... mine tasted like burnt plastic combined with motor oil. If this is what they serve people, I would HIGHLY recommend nobody eat here ever. I hope the health board steps in and does something because these people are going to give everyone they serve Cancer
Honestly love the menu variation but for some reason staff hasn't been wearing PPE during a pandemic and there has been a drastic change in the value. When I say no PPE I mean, no mask, no gloves, and no sanitization between customers. I work downtown and frequent the foodcourt often. After being open for a couple of weeks I see they are finally wearing PPE, so I order the tortilla soup that I have had multiple times. The broth was so bland it was like eating rice in water. I paid $15 for rice and water. Not sure if there was a change in management or in the menu, but the food doesn't even seem worth the pricepoint anymore nevermind the lack in health and safety standards.
I've had this bowl a dozen of times at other locations and it was much fresher. The vegetable seem a bit wilted but it really was the attitude of the workers. The cash wasn't working correctly so I had to wait a few minutes for them to restart the cash. Then my bill did not print correctly and all I had was my debit receipt. However when the lady who prepared my bowl handed it tho me, I said Thank you and she just turned around and kept working. Very rude and probably why in a packed food court they were not busy.
I paid $16 for a fast food wrap and a bottle of iced tea... yikes. Over-priced and didn’t taste different from anything a person could make at home. I gave them two stars for the kind staff who stopped me from ordering a “side soup” because they’re infact meal size. So a wrap and a soup would’ve been way too much food for one. I appreciated the honesty. Tortilla was very dry and chewy though... overall very poor value for your money...
Pangoa bowl is so good. Love that there are more healthy options in the mall.
Great tasting food.
When freshii first opened a year ago in my area service, food, and quality were good. However, over the last few months portion sizes have decreased, ingredient quality seemed to have decreased, and they discontinued double meat for $1 dollar. At first was worth the price but I am not willing to pay more for less.
