If you’re looking for authentic and really good tasting Dim Sum, this resto is for you! The Dim Sum, especially on the weekend specials, are very fresh, tasty, and well made. The exterior facade and OG part of the resto can be considered old and intimidating by new patrons as it’s a bit dated and has the “hole in a wall” vibe but for Anyone who grew up in Asia, this is the look of a “mom&pop” store where you will be served food cooked for family and not commercialized food like so many restos in Regina do nowadays. The service is topnotch and the food comes out real quick. Will definitely recommend!!!
Excellent dim sum. I took my friend from Edmonton and we both agreed: much better than Edmonton!! Fresh, tasty and good portions. I enjoyed all the dishes ( 7 between the 2 of us)!!
Food is delicious. So many dishes that you don't see anywhere else. Not your standard Americanized Chinese food. If your go to is chicken balls and fried rice, this may not be the place for you. They do it differently and it is awesome.

Highly recommended very authentic chinese food i grew up with authentic chinese food but moving to canada for 6 years so hard to find authentic one and true flavor this is my first authentic chinese food all the food that i order so good even the dinsum i will comeback here again and again for sure my husband is very happy too.very satisfied customers here
Regina doesn't have a ton of Dim Sum places and what is there isn't super awesome but this place is the best in town. I would go back and take my friends and family.
I personally like this place. I go there very often . I went to many Chinese restaurants in Regina but I felt that the food is mostly bland . I like very spicy Chinese food. Four seas is small restaurant with not good customer service. But the food is tasty and flavorful. .My personal favorites are spicy chicken, hunan chicken, and Kungpao. I also love their Mushroom chicken fried rice but I don't like their soups though..
The shrimp dumplings are so delicious I always order 6 when I go there so good definitely popular on the menu
Dim sum is amazing. #57 and #73 I could eat non-stop… just go eat here. It’s the best!!
We went for the dim sum lunch, the food was good & the service was good too. The soy mike and the deep fried Chinese donuts out were the best combination. Haha, we stayed @ Regina for one night, this lunch gave us enough energy to the next city.
