Dinner on the patio is a very nice setting on a warm summer evening. A good menu selection although the mahi mahi I chose was not available. I went with crusted salmon which was very good and my wife’s salad with salmon was also good. We both ordered a glass of wine, one white and one red. The white was unremarkable and the res was not drinkable. When I asked if I could make another choice, the response was this was a fresh bottle just opened. And when we were finished our meal, she asked my wife if she would like another glass of white and pointedly ignored the untouched red. Not our server’s finest moment. I will not hurry back.

It was a meh experience overall. I try to stay positive but couldn't help but notice the entitlement of the staff. Made a reservation for 1pm (wasn't overly busy), ordered as soon as we sat down and when I asked for a side to be substituted for something I could eat, I was quickly shut down saying that the chef doesn't do substitutions. I get that substitutions are annoying and inconvenient but some people truly need the substitution. I got the perch and was very excited. however, after waiting over an hour it came out very slimy. I am not one to make a scene and it was quite a challenge to get the waitress to come back so I didn't mention it. I ate one bite and the waitress hardly noticed or cared. I probably should have said something but I was so grossed out I didn't eat for the rest of the day. My parents meals however were fabulous and they looked amazing as well. The ambiance was so nice and welcoming but the staff definitely make it a bit unsettling. I would like to try it again but I am definitely hesitant

This place is amazing! A hidden gem in the city that deserves to be discovered over and over again! The food presentation alone is worth the trip. Please come support this local masterpiece. They honestly have the best Pecan Pie in all of Canada. Better than any other place I've been since getting to this country a decade ago.

I’m seriously jealous of those who live in Regina. You all could go to Fireside anytime you want. I dined there a few months ago while visiting from Vancouver & that entire menu was awesome! Variety, prices & atmosphere was incredible. I will for sure go back next time I’m in Regina! *Btw, at the time of this post that same steak dinner here in Vancouver is atleast $20 more & not as good.

Always a great experience. Love the spinach Caesar salad and coconut shrimp for lunch, great eggs Benedict if you go for brunch. Love the patio, just wish the hornets didn’t too! Great wait staff!

Visited on a cool evening in may. Served by first time waitress that did a great job. Good food, huge portions, diverse menu. Room a bit cold and staff took care of it right away. Would return.

Very disappointing experience. We had heard a lot of good reviews about this restaurant so we decided we would try it out. We got to the restaurant at about 5:45 and got out food about 7:15. The restaurant was very busy. There were 4 tables that came after us and got their food before us. Some of them ate and left, while we were still waiting. My son ten went and called the server, who came over when asked why the other tables got served before us, she said they ordered before. I then mentioned to the lady at the next table that it is a good thing they ordered before and she told me that they ordered their food when they came to the restaurant. My French onion soup was charred, how can anyone burn the French onion soup, I didn’t pay for it, but overall attitude was horrible. Needless to say we won’t be going there again, not that it is going to make a difference to them. The food was not that good. I usually leave a good tip wherever I go, but there was no tip left. We went there for our wedding anniversary.

Love going to this restaurant. Great food, big portions. Love the building beautiful architecture and in summer it's fun to sit on outdoor patio.Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff for my first time in Regina and in this restaurant. I ordered based on the recommendation of the waitress and an elderly local lady looking familiar with the bistro. I had the seafood chowder, with side of Cajun fries (I had to try), with a glass of Canadian pino grigio (white wine). I enjoyed the chowder very much (my first ever). It was very tasty. The fries had a bit too much of the spice mix for my liking (pass my saturation point), but the flavour was nice and they were crispy. The local wine was very nice. The waitress gave me the history of the pub (I was interested). I would go there again.

Tried this bistro for the first time . I had the lamb and feta burger and it was great . If you like lamb I would recomend this dish . There was 4 of us in the party and everyone was very happy . Great decor and very clean . Good parking. The host was very freindly and the service was very good .
