Three of us went out for dinner, sat on the patio. Santa Fe chicken salad, top sirloin steak, and the tuna bowl. Great variety, everything was delicious. Service was good however it took awhile for the waitress to return with the requested lines for my water (took 3 attempts) and the drinks were slow. The staff were covering for the regular staff that were celebrating a company function. All in all it was an enjoyable evening.
Our meal was great but since the menus have changed probably several times since I have been there a few things are no longer available. I say bring back Bellinis and also gyoza. I also think I had Edamame for appetizer but maybe not. Also I seemed to be able to find things on the menu that were not available last night. Maybe it was a busy weekend.
Staff was amazing as always! I made a request to leave my car overnight and host staff in front of house we very accommodating and kind about letting me and my party be safe! Wait staff and food was amazing as always! Gotta love ya, Earls!
The food was good, service needs to be worked on. I have been there many times when it was packed and had much better service, it was a slower night with many staff standing around and the service was very lacking. Had to try and flag down our server from conversation with her co-workers for drinks, never came back to check on us after we received our meals, and wait over 20 min after we asked for our bill from another server walking by.
Excellent dinner as always! Thank you for the chocolate cake with the sparkling candle! Really was a hit with my daughter!

Asked for a table in the patio with shade. After a 5 min wait in blazing sun someone arrived with an umbrella . Set up that we had to move to another table. 10 min wait for a drink order when they arrived 1 perfect the other upside down all over us. No napkins no cutlery no excuses just shrugs. Calamari ordered when it arrived more cauliflower and assperagus than calamari. Crab cakes filled with peas and corn as filler . The gal that brought the bill was the only shining light and very apologetic .
the women's washroom. Woah! Beyond digusting! Paper towels on the floor, no lock on the door so went to another one where someone had peed all over the seat. sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, garbage was full which was likely why there were paper towels on the floor. Pretty gross all around, and gave me a really bad impression of the place.
I was invited here to celebrate my friend's mom's arrival in Regina. I was faced with a very unprofessional welcoming. The environment does not sound like a restaurant. It was mostly like a bar because of its loud dancing style music. I tried to cope with it since dinner showed up and I was faced with a long hair in my second cut just in the middle of my steak. I inform them about the issue and the step they took was to look for evidence instead of saying an apology. They behaved as if nothing happened and did not say even a word of sorry for what happened. Unprofessional behaviour was the first attitude my friend’s mom experienced in my city. I recommend the owner find a way to train the staff. I won't come back to them anymore.
