My favorite pizza store for two reasons: it's a few minutes drive away from the house and I can easily pick up, and staff are polite. I usually worry about parking in their peak hours so I don't order when I know they'll be busy. If you're interested, you can try the chicken Alfredo. It's divine!
Pizza quality is good. Routinely claim that I am outside of their delivery zone and belong to the Vic Ave store. Vic store has shown me the map that clearly shows I am in the delivery zone of this store. However, the Vic Ave store still delivers to me because they understand customer service. That is also the reason their review is 5 stars..
For some reason I was getting ignored here.I placed an order for pickup. Pay in store.They set my pizzas on the counter, and then just stood there playing with the register for 5-10 minutes.No other customers, no calls coming in, just two employees, standing at the computer.Eventually I got tired of waiting, and asked someone else if they could help me, they talk to the employee at the counter, who then immediately hands me the debit machine.It was good to go.I think this cashier was just wasting my time.Aside from that, for some reason my order was left off to side, not under a heat lamp. It was noticeably cold.I've never had bad service like this from Domino's.
