Hands down worst drive through I’ve ever been in.
I ordered a personalized cake via their website, and it turned out PERFECT. I ordered a Christmas-themed exterior and included very little direction:“This is for a Christmas in July party, so if a Santa in sunglasses or beachwear could be added - that would be awesome! (Or anything else you can think of that fits that kind of theme!) Please also write “Happy Birthday Pam!” on it. Thank you!!”This photo is what was picked up. 100x better than expected.I would definitely recommend ordering a personalized cake from their website! So easy, and so well done.Thank you!!!
Fast, does not make mistakes, friendly staff, helps with suggestions, patient when needed, and makes the best/fullest blizzards. Always uses extra toppings. Regardless if I pick up, order through Uber eats, or walk (if I'm close) I will always come to this particular Dairy Queen!
Fast and friendly service even though they were super busy! I ordered a hot fudge milkshake which was made correct and delicious. Even though the restaurant was full of customers it was very clean. Thank you!
Extremely disappointing and badest location in whole city I used to be regular customer to them but I got disappointed twice .. now no chance of being back to this location.
Chicken strip fry-ring, involves six of the smallest peices of chicken, over cooked just so it rips your gums apart. Four tiny onion rings accompanied by the oldest/soggiest fries. Then, when you go online to let the company know, it won't let you submit the comment because "there is no dq 25 miles from Regina". Dairy Queen, you need to resolve this. Everytime I visit the park St location the food quality gets worse, but this is unacceptable.
If I could I would give zero stars!The manager refused to admit they had gotten my order wrong. I would not have waited to eat my food and go talk to them if my order were correct, but he still insisted that he had watched it being prepared and that it was done correctly.UNBELIEVABLE! Even reading other reviews, the owner does not take responsibility for mistakes made by their restaurant.

So frustrating that they are closed at 10pm some nights and 10:30pm other nights. Wish they would be constant on there website.
Tried to place my order through the drive through. After having to repeat and even correct the order at the window I realized AFTER getting home that they still did not get the order correct. Called and left a message and still no response after over a week. I will not return.
