Parking is a bit of a nightmare, but thar is outside of their control. The staff were very friendly and were happy to amend our order for us. One of our favorite DQs in Regina
The service is always good, never have had a bad experience at Dairy Queen. And i love how they've been expanding on the blizzards. At least the last time i went i noticed a few new options which is nice!! Would highly recommend going there for some food and or a late night ice cream since they're open til 11pm!
Dissipated ordered a item then got to the window was told be a couple minutes then will be ready. Waited 15 minutes then was told out of product. Please tell a person before hand or check inventory before taking order.
Just got home to find out my fries are not fully cooked!!! I will not be going back ever!!
Just went through the drive thru to get the kids some blizzards - asked for cookie dough/ smartie combo as well as cookie dough/Oreo. When she handed us our order it didn’t look right so we confirmed and she told us that is what we got. We got home and mixed up the kids blizzard to find out it was not what we ordered. So frustrating when you wait a while for you order, confirm it and get home to it not being correct.
They have a s’mores milkshake but refuse to make s’more blizzards again.Also BRING BACK THE CHILLI CHEESE FRIES!!And the s’more blizzards!!
I may have gotten a cake for myself on my birthday that was to me from my cats.NO! THAT'S NOT SAD, IT'S AWESOME!Plus I got $5 off because it was my birthday, so like logic here people!
No effort and barley any ingredients on it compared to the price sad excuse for a cake they didn't even cut it all way through
Originally gave a 1 Star review because the Rochdale DQ charged us about $1 more then what the order board saidd outside and gave us the wrong Blizzard also, about week later though, they finally contact us back and apologized and rectified the problem with us. I will give them another chance for sure.
