Every time we visit this location the fries are cold burgers barely warm and the ice cream isn't mixed up. Unbelievable that the price you pay and the quality do not add up. Teach your staff to mix everything right to the bottom. I hate complaining about someone not doing their job or managers not doing their job. But lets be realistic, customer service is a dead art.
By far the slowest dq in the city. Faster to order inside then drive thru
Place was extremely dirty. Tables, floor and washrooms. Unacceptable. Saturday evening. It wasn't busy and didn't look short staff.
Food was good and came out fast. I had a burger and my Mom had chicken strips. We both had medium fries and a drink each.
Staff are super hard workers. Place was packed and they were understaffed, but they still served everyone with a smile. They all deserve raises if you ask me.
Great place for a quick snack and on the go meal. Always have the manager special. Food is always made on time and hot and taste good. Big spacious dining room, family friendly with high chair.
Was handed my order. They forgot about my drink. Didn't leave till I had my full order. Going Back to Burger King.
Numbe one iam still 6 ft away from the speaker and they are saying how can I help you. Wrong wait till I get to the speaker to give my food order. Number 2 I ordered a med orero blizzard I getting the window and they give me a pepsi and a bacon cheeseburger meal thing. I said I didn't order this still had to wait for a fricken blizzard. Wow wow wow. Not only did they get my order completely wrong but the drive is window is very slow. Not the way I would run a business.
The last 3 times I've visited this location, they have got the order wrong. The food is always good though.
They're always fast, friendly and the food is always nice and hot!
