This place discriminates against cyclists and refuses to serve them in the drive thru even when it's raining outside
People at the till acting like they are mad. Basically through my fries on the tray over half of them came out of the fry bag. Ridiculous, and the washroom was filthy
We just went to south location and ordered two veggie burgers and one mozzarella stick at at around 1.15am..After giving order we asked how much is the total, the crew rudely said , “I said come to the window”.When she gave the food , we asked dId you give ketchup, she said no.. after asking for ketchup she just gave two! And we didn’t like her body language at all as if she is favouring us or giving something to beggars!As we go to burger king frequently, we would expect a welcoming gestures and service! Hope the authority will keep this in consideration!
Worst customer service ever!!! The girl who works at night at the drive through has always been rude and it was the same last night! We called her out on her behaviour but she was still very rude!!! I don’t understand how these people get to work in customer service!!! One day can be bad but every single time!!!! The rudeness and audacity wanted me to tell her to quit her job instead of being there and working in customer service!!!I don’t believe the manager even cares!!! I will definitely take this incident and complain wherever it would be heard!!And for the girl working the night shift, “ your arrogance and rudeness will kick you off at different situations in life so learn how to be kind and be polite when you talk to someone you are serving! We are paying with our money and that is how you get freaking paid, keep that in mind!!”
I like how they serve you, there kinda rude most of the time, never show any smile, there are a couple who do, if I had to choose between this bk and other bk I would definitely say other bk.
Their noon hour drive through is efficient. Hardly ever a wait.

The five stars are for the waiter who attended to me. The food itself was bleh ? It's my second time in BK and I am not impressed at all. Not going to ever eat anything from BK again.
Came in late, and needed a coffee, as they were about to close, without any hesitation made a pot for me. Good job guys.
