Great place with view and food quality, service and the portions were absolutely perfect..
Disappointed with our meals and it seems staff is overworked trying to cover the bar preparing drinks for their table and providing table service at the same time. The meal took over 2 1/2 hours due to slowness of service and I must say the entrees were not up to par. Fish full of bones-which could be a serious problem if someone choked on a bone, steak was way over cooked to well well done, and duck was so over cooked and very very tuff. Would not recommend for dinner. I also experienced breakfast it was lovely.
Really disappointed, ordered a pitcher of Sangria for $27, got a carafe with more ice than drink. The carafe held two and a half drinks. On the menu the drinks were 9$ each, so we tried to explain this to the owner and she was quite rude. Her reason was it was on the menu and there was no changing it. Food was okay but have had better for that price at breakfast dinners.
Where do I get started?! Staff is super friendly and professional, the food itself is amazing (the potatoes are to die for), and whoever’s in charge of the playlist knows what’s up.Service can take a little longer as it’s super busy, but it is 110% worth the wait.
Menu prices are deceiving and when ordering drinks make sure that you are getting what you asked for. The manager was out right rude and was disgusting to deal with. There was no concern or regard for any feedback. They need to learn what a pitcher is. They serve one glass for 9$ and a pitcher which is less then 2 glasses for 27$. They are deceiving and know it. When asked a manager her response what “what do you expect the whole pitcher and our prices are our prices”. Would not pay for anything from them again
I'm usually the type of person who steers clear of any breakfast egg option; however, Breakfast Bistro changed the game. Only place I've ever had breakfast that I have ever enjoyed having eggs for breakfast. Their Eggs Benedict have such a high reputation and I am happy to hop on that band wagon. Different breakfast options to choose and their oven potatoes are something I crave from time-to-time. Only thing I wish could possibly improve is maybe wait time on when food is served. Some times food is served a little on the colder side.
They completed disregarded my wife’s allergy concerns and delivered her food that she specifically said she was allergic too, as well rushed them out the door. Terrible customer experience.
Poor Service LONG wait to get in and to receive food (which is fine...this is not a place where you are in and out quickly). BUT staff virtually disappeared after we received our food. No coffee refills and our dirty plates sat in front of us for 25 minutes...until I finally got the attention of the owner. I shared that we'd nobody had been by in over 25 minutes and she very condescendingly said, "Well maybe they are busy." If you don't have enough staff to cook, serve and clean, don't seat all the tables. You gave very poor service and didn't give care because you already had the money. . The experience left a bad taste in my mouth despite the food and coffee being decent.
I'm a big breakfast person and breakfast bistro is Amazing. Many ites to choose from. Great coffee and mimosas.
My wife took me there today for a birthday breakfast all I can say is wow,the staff were very friendly and the food was to die for 5 star place in my eyes thank you for the best experience ever cheers
