This was a great BPs, food was delicious and great service. Last night was Sherwood Park BPs and it was horrid. Regina made up for it
I was served by Anne this evening. I found her very short with me and did not smile. Felt that she cold towards me and my son. I seen her laughing and smiling with other customers but when it came to our table, we got the opposite. We were polite and smiling so she had no reason for that attitude. We spent an hour and 35 minutes for a table of two. The food was on time but when she would ask how we were doing, I would let her know we needed water and napkins. We got neither. And it took a long time for us to get our bill. I finally went to the front to pay because she was not coming back to our table. When I went to the front she came to the front and did not look us in the eye and started having a conversation with the hostess. I let her know I would like pay so I can leave already. I let her know I was not happy with the service.I always tip but not this time.
Was seated, waited over 30 min but no service. Diners around us getting served without anyone acknowledging our presence.
Great experience at this location! Everything was brought out at a steady pace enough for me to be in and out in just an hour. Our server was informative and genuinely interested In conversation which was awesome to see. All the food tasted amazing so I highly recommend.
The waitress that served us was amazing at this short staffed north location. However the female manager who was on shift April 20th was rude, unhelpful, and had the worst customer service I have ever seen. The baby plate is also not edible for babies would do for toddlers who have teeth.
Always a fun place for family meal. Good kids menu selection and spacious dining room.
Sadly, even though our family loves Boston pizza, this was not a good experience. We arrived as a family of 10, and instantly the manager looked annoyed we were even there, make note it was not busy and was 4:30. He suggested we don’t sit together, even though in the past they turned tables for the family to sit together, but that was ok, we sat across and were able to still somewhat chat. The first issue we had, as Boston pizza is a family restaurant and March is kids eat free, yet the managers didn’t seem to like children at all, he kept making faces at the children playing, he was annoyed he had to walk past kids to run food, and you could tell he just didn’t like children…. Secondly, drinks were made incorrect and could not drink, we asked for a diff one and was still charged for something that didn’t taste correct, eventually our server removed it!! She was great! Friendly, and happy… the way the manager talked to the host when we arrived was poorly, and he treated her like she was stupid, yet what she did was correct, and she corrected him.. , will choose a better location next time… usually when a big group comes in, Boston pizza is happy to have the business, the manager sadly, made our children feel unwelcomed
We had a really good experience. My partner is celiac and was able to have a glute-wise Meateor pizza. He was not able to have this in past years.
Great meeting place. Families all around.
We had a great server, she made the experience great. We ordered shots for the adults and asked for something for our girls to "shoot"she brought lemon juice shooters and had fun with it. She also helped us take some pictures with my daughter's Polaroid camera. Servers make or break and evening out and in my opinion deserve to be paid more especially ones like that!
