My husband and I ordered food from them online for delivery at 625pm. At 745pm when nothing showed up, we called them to explain what happened. They were condescending and refused to believe us. And refused to give a refund. The order was over 60$... I highly recommend you don't order from this place. Such a bad experience.

Establishment was very clean, staff was very friendly, food & drinks were good at a good price. Only reason for not a 5 star review was the over 5 minute wait to be seated in a restaurant with people at 1 table. 1 girl was on the phone taking an order which is understandable, but the other girl did walk nearby once and then never returned for a couple of minutes.And I know 5 minutes really isn't a long time, but just time yourself for 5 minutes and do nothing except wait for the time to be up, it doesn't seem like a long time...unless you are standing and waiting lol.Another very minor thing (that had nothing to do with the rating, but should be mentioned) is that I guess they do nothing for a birthday any longer. If I remember they used to do SOMETHING small for your birthday (free shot/drink, wings or appetizer etc), but I think covid killed that. We would go back again for sure, just not anytime soon.

Had an excellent meal tonight! Hubby had the Hungry Carnivore pasta entree and I had the steak sandwich w/Caesar salad. Portions were just-right, seasoned well, and the steak was cooked perfectly. Our server was lovely and attentive, and the food came out quickly. Well done BP!
Nice place for watching sports and having a few beers.
So today I ordered a couple of pizzas for a family birthday party to be delivered at a specific time . Pizzas came about an hour early . When I called in the staff went above and beyond to help make sure we had hot pizzas for the party. Thanks Boston Pizza South . Great service!
Zero stars if I can . Between the waitress and manager they could not figure out our gift card . No solution or no attempt to find a solution. No “sorry for the inconvenience “ or “let’s get thsi figure out “ Waitress knew nothing About pricing on drinks . Infomercials on the TV . Very frustrating experience . Poorly managed . Will not be back . That’s it just pay for bill and get out . Will be following up with Boston Pizza.Direct

This is by far the best Boston Pizza - for pizza. The toppings are plentiful (like the pictures!). Their other dishes are good, i would say on par with other locations. Servers have always been friendly and attentive.
