We waiting a long time to order our drinks, there was only 2 other tables so they weren’t busy. Besides that food was good

Very good food. The waitress was super busy. We were not offered drink refills, coffee or dessert. But otherwise, good food.
Went to quance street location for supper with my family. I ordered the orchard salad with chicken and when it came to the table I started to eat only to notice my chicken was still raw. Brought this to my waitresses attention in which she felt terrible. She sent the manager over who offered me a new one. I accepted with no chicken and was still charged for my meal. I did the survey on the bottom of my receipt and asked to be contacted. Over 2 weeks and no response. Sadly applebees was where my family gathered regularly to have dinner together but after this I will not be going back.
If I could rate less then a star I would. My burger was so greasy I could wring it out, fries were completely covered in pepper that I couldn't even eat them. My fiancée s chicken bowl was way to spicy not flavourful just spicy and had hair in it. The spinach dip tasted watered down and lemony not enjoyable at all. The only good thing we ate was the cheesecake for a $60 order I'd expect way more.
Had one of their "bowl" specials. I saw it advertised on TV and thought it was much cheaper. The ad was misleading so beware. The food was delicious however. Had a lovely server who was just a delight.I was impressed to hear that they actually keep track of how much you drink and cut you off. I didn't know this was the law. I overheard it happen with some young men at another table. Very responsible.
Arrived here on Sunday afternoon and it wasn't very busy then. There was only one staff member managing everything but she was doing a fab job. Took timely order, the drinks were served instantly. We ordered fish tacos and Bourbon chicken n shrimp, where I replaced the side of mashed potatoes with onion rings(+$3.99 extra as per menu)The fish tacos were really good and so much stuffing totally worth the price.The other item was not that great the entre` was still tasting okay but to my shock only 5 onion rings were served.We ordered desserts and paid the bill and upon return noticed they charged $4.99 for the onion rings. Considering the mashed potato is worth just a dollar, that makes the 5 onion rings worth $6 which is more than $1 a piece. And it's nya fine dine experience that I'm receiving that I'll pay that price. Outrageous and disappointed at the same time. I won't be back for sure.
Family dinner before a show. Food was really good, great flavor. Can't go wrong with the steaks. Service was ok, considering the place was mostly empty.
It's not very often that you order takeout from a restaurant, and it's been exactly what you wanted. I was very leary about ordering takeout, but the food that we brought home was incredible enough that we ordered takeout 2 days in a row.
