Floors were dirty (old food from fries, bacon, and pieces of hamburger) were spotted everywhere inside the floor. The washroom was just as bad with paper towels and even a used condom (yuck!). The tables and counters were clean and the staff was friendly and quick with my order
Good food honestly it's not my favorite burger but great breakfast, nee locations seem small and crowded and when it's busy granted everything is fresh it takes a while
Overall good food, fries have changed.
We had the pleasure of the most cheerful employee , Johana! She was helpful when we were ordering and upbeat personality at night was something you don't find any more. We will return to this location because of her and the few minutes chatting with her. Great food , fast service and they have one of the best employees!
Burgers are delicious, a little pricy tho I find. I only come for burgers when I have a coupon to use. The onion rings here are my favourite!! I’ve had onion rings at other restaurants and they don’t compare to how good these ones always are! I come here for breakfast often. The “All Canadian” breakfast special is my favourite, very filling and delicious
Burgers are always cold and missing something I had to drive back one time because my burger was missing the bacon I would rather wait for a fresh hot burger no wonder there is no line up here anymore dq is where everybody is
Stoked that you're open 24 hrs. I wish I knew sooner. Its such a relief to get fresh food and great service super late/early. My only option going forward after a late shift in my opinion.
We just went a while ago and the burger we had requested wasn't made properly. We kindly asked one burger without mustard and one with ketchup and mayo but to our surprise it seems they even put extra amount of mustard in the burger which is very frustrating. It wasn't a pleasant experience here but doesn't mean we won't be back especially if no choice, however we won't be ordering any burgers anymore. We'll probably warn others too about this experience so they won't have to encounter what we had to deal with. We paid fairly for those burgers and waited patiently only to be disappointed.
My family of four ate in the restaurant this evening. Despite being out of many items (I assume a supplier short) the staff did a great job navigating customers and door dash drivers who were less than pleasant. Good job to the team working tonight!
