Ordered a Louisiana spicy chicken sandwich meal (around 12:15PM Wednesday, 13th.)Service was great from counter, fries where fresh but when I took a bite of the sandwich I spit it out after one bite and I returned it to the counter where I let a (not the same person who took my order) staff member know what was wrong. The chicken was cold, tough, dry, and for some reason the pickles where chewy and thicker than the chicken patty. The edges of the chicken were burned and it looked like they had used an old returned patty soaked in hot sauce. When you looked at the chicken it was so dry it looked like toilet paper that was soaked then dried.I waited for a response or on offer for a fresh sandwich and all I received was a blank stare and the clerk walked away. So I did as well.I remained polite but was upset that the quality was so poor but also nobody felt like they wanted to solve the problem.Kudos to the young person who took my order, they were spot on. Sadly the rest of the visit was disappointing. (Value of meal was $13.53)
Pretty cramped inside compared to the old building. Good food but needs somewhere to lock up my bike.
I recently visited the the brand new A&W on Albert N. This location is a busy place for all your dining needs. The burgers are scrumptious and the root beer ice cold. A great establishment for dining in or out.
I wish the prices weren't so high. But I guess for what we are getting, the food is pretty great.
I order the All Canadian and the pancake combo. We didn't get the hash brown for the pancake combo, the pancakes were either over cooked or just old, my eggs were not cooked over hard the way I wanted them. I also had to reheat my meall in the microwave after a five minute ride home. I will not go back to the A&W on Avenhurst in Regina, nor will I ever suggest this one to anybody.
Super friendly staff. The washrooms are clean. The food is excellent. I came during the lunch rush, and was served promptly.
Not satisfied. I thought this store will be my new go to A&W, mistake. Ordered all canadian breakfast to go but when i got home only to be dissapointed that I only got bacon and eggs. Partially my fault for not checking before going but who checks their order nowadays.?♂️?♂️
First experience for newly remodeled A&W. Friendly staff but it went down hill fast...extremely fast. Ordered the all Canadian breakfast asked for all bacon instead of sausage bacon. Got three instead of 6 (in lieu of 3 sausage) pieces of bacon but still charged full price. Asked for over easy eggs and I got over easy eggs but was runny to a uneatable degree. No salt no pepper no jam no tomato slices no receipt. Total after adding a large coffee and a white milk was 14.50.
It took 25 minutes to get 2 mozza burgers with fries and drinks. The manager was standing at the front scowling and yelling at the cooks instead of helping them out. 3 cooks and 8 counter/drive thru staff.
Not a fan of the Nashville chicken... some heat but not a great flavor! Other items are okay but only once in a while....
