Cashier was difficult to understand. Had to ask to repeat several times on two orders.Cashier didn't enter the coupon code and was going to charge full price for the beyond meat burger (that turned out to be cold).Myself and a couple from another table returned their iced tea for being very weak.Attempted to use a coupon for a regular breakfast (based on the sign in the window saying that breakfast was served all day), and was told that the regular breakfast was not served after 11 am, only a sausage and egg muffin.It was a very disappointing experience compared to previous visits to other A&W restaurants.
Bought 2 breakfast specials. Only 2 jam packs were given(1per meal). No other condiments were offered.
It's hit or miss if they take the correct order. With no screen to confirm it was input correctly, I've been without my onions rings the last 3 visits. I haven't been charged for them thankfully but it's not the point. I ask for onion rings and get fries. Also, knowing this I should check my order before I drive away! Just a heads up if using the drive thru! I also find it quite pricey these days considering it's just fast food!
Very clean. That's a plus for me. The food was good and staff very nice.
No good service at all this time. Very disappointed. I ordered 2 chubby chicken combos. Chicken was stale, hard to chew and fries were also re- fried. Nothing was made fresh. I just got off from work at around midnight and was so hungry. But it was a waste of money ordering food from here. Was not expecting this kind of service from a and w.
Coffee was great, disappointed that the potato patty was cold and the bacon Eggers was poorly put together. The egg was barely on the English muffin.
Burgers were better than I remember them being years ago.
Should have an extra staff out front in the morning when they open up as it is too slow. Especially when coffee is $1
Unfortunately (and very unusual!), I had a problem with 2 buddy burgers ordered from this location a few days ago. After telling them about it, A & W has been very impressive with how they have dealt with this issue. Fast and effecient!You are still my favourite fast food restaurant!
Service is pretty fast but I have an issue every time I go to this place. Even though I say I want a new one and willing to wait a little so my food that I ordered is fresh. Most of the time I get old stuff.
