I visited yesterday, the staff member taking order was very polite and every time I was treated in good manner but last week their general manager (written on name tag). He was taking my order while talking to someone on earphones and he did not listen to me and I have to repeat my order thrice and he punched the wrong order when I tried to correct him, he shouted on me in front of other customers. After that he served my food in disrespectful manner. He was very rude. The worst experience I ever had from this place.
I just had a terrible experience at this A&W location. One of the employees told me my food was ready, so I took my package and headed to a table in the food court. When I was just seating I got surprised by that employee shouting at me saying that I had got the wrong package and I should know my name and don't take someone else's food. So he grabbed my package without asking me and walked away. I went back to the restaurant to get my food and when it was ready he rudely repeated that I should know my name. That episode just ruined my lunch time. It was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life.
The food is great for when you want something quick and easy. Long with their coffee...!!
Great service. And their burgers taste really good. My favorite are their sweet potatoe fries.

This A&W located in the Cornwall Center..the service was good..the food came out fast n fresh..it's my go 2 fast food when I'm downtown shopping..Thx food service crew..4 stars
