Avant j'aurais probablement recommandé thai express mais depuis un certain temps les plats qui sont servi sont souvent sans gout et/ou sans sauce et les instructions sont non respectés et le personnel manque clairement de notions sur le service à la clientèle......
avant thaï express je l'aurais recommandé ,mais pas maintenant car j'ai été un peu déçu du général thaï ,,le 3/4 du contenant étaient des légumes et du bouillon , j'avais même pas 1/4 du contenant de riz
The 2 Chinese guys, not sure if one was a manager at the South Keys location in Ottawa was utterly rude to me and my daughter. I ordered the mango general Tao and the chicken tasted like rubber and so I went back within minutes to tell him and he said I always complain about the food and this was the tenth time I had done so and that he had sold 45 of the same dish before me and no one had complained about the chicken and went as far as to tell me never to come to his restaurant again. Horrible customer service experience for me and my toddler. The date I went to this location was Friday July 9th,2021. I shall never step foot in there again even if it’s the only place open.
La soupe au légume avec 3 variétés et peu de quantité . Tout goûte le brûlé même le général thaïe . Pas bon . Plus de mini soupe à 15 hres ect

Bonjour, en général, aucun problème avec le service. Aujourd'hui samedi 23 janvier service plus qu'ordinaite. Commande à l'auto pour 2 général tao épicés,1 général tao medium et 1 général tao doux + baguettes.
I ordered one of my usuals: peanut butter stir fry with chicken with no carrots, iceberg salad, mint and coriander. I also opted for extra chicken and extra peanut sauce.When I arrived home, I noticed that they put iceberg salad and there was no extra chicken or sauce. Due to the distance, I was unable to return to the restaurant so I called them. The employee that I spoke to informed me that it was not iceberg salad but nappa and I should contact the store manager the next day, to see if he can give me a rebate on my next order since, there was no extra chicken or sauce.I contacted the manager who was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. He yelled at me and informed me that they always put nappa and his cooked confirmed that he put extra chicken and sauce and he hung up on me.I have ordered this several times in the past and not once was nappa put in my stir fry. Furthermore, I did not receive the ingredients for which I had to pay extra.In light of the horrible experience I had with the manager, his lack of professionalism, cooperation and customer service and because I did not receive what I ordered, I will never return to that Thai Express and do not recommend it to anyone.
The general tao was good but they refused to change the veggies for fried rice. They made it how they see it on the board. Other than that it is a good place.Update: the food was good a month ago. But i have been going the last 3 weeks and the food is downgrading...the rice the last 2 weeks is over cooked (took a dough texture), the shrimps...not cooked enough...and found a little bone in the "Boneless chicken..." And why do you leave the tail on the shrimps for?!I asked for extra sauce and did not get it...I am not going back...The best thai express is the thai express at the round about of yamachiche guys!
The new ice cream was good. The coconut water was refreshing. The servers were nice. I'd come back anytime!
