The guy behind the counter was very kind, patient and helpful. I recommend this location for this reason.

Extremely wrong order. I paid for a beverage I didn't ask for. My order was not placed correctly. So I ate extremely hot chicken with a cold sauce. He didn't excused himself. And the book served a meal that the cashier had ordered wrongly.So a lot of lack attention. The personnel was talking between themselves.
I walked in the waitress who takes the orders was in the back talking on her pink cell phone for twenty minutes than she came in the front and took my order while talking on the phone with one of her friends. She wouldnt check peoples orders when they where up to to deliver cause she only had one hand tk work with the other was used to keep chatting with her friends my order was missing two poutines in ghe order. Most unproffesional front of staff i have ever seen.
Very bad service,orders are always wrong and kitchen cook has an attitude problem. And dirty dining area!!!
Le service y est plutôt lent! Ce n'est pas la première fois que j'ai à attendre une bonne trentaine de minutes avant de pouvoir passer ma commande. Sinon, la nourriture est bonne.
