Disappointing service. Cashier charged for additional drink corrected error by reversing 2 drinks then refused to give me the drink I wanted after the second error. All I wanted was one drink with my meal. This was a case of poor training to resolving a simple error or misunderstanding. For 1.99 not worth the frustration. Issue should have been resolved on the spot and quickly. This is a rest stop for travelers who have been driving for hours. Staff should have some compassion.
This McDonald's is definitely one of the more busy locations but atleast because it's busy the food seems to be 90% of the time "fresh"
Good food but long wait. To be fair though, they were trying to follow hygiene measures during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Went only once but no errors and fast service fetches 4 stars from me!

Poor service. Kept giving customers after me that had ordered their orders even though I had a small order. The food was all stale and they forgot to put the chicken nugget sauce in the bag and tried to wait for someone to ask them for it but they didn’t acknowledge me. After 5 minutes gave up and left
