Very fresh and flavorful sushi. This little place opened up at the end of 2020 (yes during the height of the pandemic) and survived. The reason is that they take great pride in what they serve and only use the freshest ingredients. At least, that is what we noticed every time we ordered. My wife is pregnant so her rolls need to be prepared in a sterilized and raw fish free environment.
