Several times we ordered from this shop and once there was 10 pieces missing. This time there were 13 missing! When I called, they told me I had to return with the 137 sushi’s (we ordered 150) so they could count it?! So I had to drive all the way back, as I was taking the sushi out of my car, the tray dropped and thankfully only one fell on the ground! When I went in, they started counting it and counting it - even took a calculator and all?! I told them I wouldn’t be here if I wasn’t telling the truth - do you think I gave to time for this back and forth? I asked them to replace the one that fell, she told me that she would give me three pieces for that one, and for my inconvenience, she would add 5 more pieces (total of 8 extra pieces). I ended up getting the 13 missing pieces I paid for plus 3 - not 8 extra. It’s really too bad because the sushi is exceptional - but the service not so good unfortunately.
