The customer service at the drive thru wasn't good (01/17/22 ~2:20PM). The young lady kept cutting me off and I Felt rushed. I had to repeat the order several times since I hadn't got a chance to speak without getting interrupted.... It almost felt like she didn't want to be at work. To add Insult to the injury, she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip. Unfortunately, it only takes one employee's bad performance to run the entire experience for a customer. Subsequently the company's rating suffers despite the best effort from the other team members who may have put in their heart and soul to provide a quality service. Hopefully this feedback is helpful with any coaching opportunity to whomever this may concern.

Bon service, Océanne a été très gentille, ses collègues aussi. Comptoir encore en état de choc de la victoire des Canadiens la veille haha! Mais tout le reste était super. Génereuse portion, prix très décent. À retourner à l'occasion.
sérieusement je suis pas du genre a chialer d'habitude et apres ma première commande j'ai pensé faire un mauvais commentaire mais je me suis dis que l'erreur est humaine mais là c'est abberant. Je me commandes une salade repas fraise et feta avec poulet. première livraison la salade arrive pas de poulet et pas de feta... et pas d'ustensiles, je suis au travail. j'essaie d'appeler le st hubert de Terrebonne sans reponse. Je dois appeler au siege social qui m'offre de me crediter le poulet et le feta pour 8.75$. Je demande une salade comme j'avais demandé... 30 minutes plus tard ma salade arrive avec du poulet mais toujours sans feta... Je sais qu'il y a des affaires pures que ça dans la vie mais quand tu as juste 30 min pour diner c'est vraiment désagréable.
Food is ok....Place is a bit shady....does not display if it's open or not...me n my brother had to go twice from au volant to make sure its open

Asked for 4 fillets, they gave 3 with fries that were burnt!?Avoid this location.Charlemagne is much friendlier.
