I've been multiple times, figured it was about time i'd write up a solid review. They have 50 kinds of pizza (most variety i've seen in the area), all of them well thought out and very good (I try to try them all, i'm not there yet though). Ingredients are very good, and good quantities of everything are there. They'll respect any type of restrictions (No cheese, half without x, thin crust, etc.), which makes it easy for anyone to order. Though Vulcano is known for its pizzas, you can't go wrong with the subs. If you're seated at the right place, you can actually see the cooks preparing the submarines. They are phenomenal, from the bread to the lettuce on top, and everything in between. Pastas are also a great choice, with all the sauces tasting homemade (Plenty of sauce choices as well; Alfredo, Meat Sauce, Rosée, even just regular tomato sauce), and various different types of pasta, even stuffed kinds, like tortellini. The service is fantastic too. I'm not picky with my waitresses here because every one of them are nice. Clearly they have standards while hiring. It's also very well and strategically placed, right at the cross between the 40 and the 640, making it a convenient pit stop to eat wherever you're going.

Ordered a pizza this evening, it was completely soggy, so wet that the cardboard box was ripped on one corner, called the girl who took the order and seemd not at all concerned. Very poor service and ordinary food.

Pizza pepperoni great.

Traveling on business and both meals I ordered were loaded with cheese and extremely tasty.Great service and value....Merci infininent,Johnny boy

I don’t know if the owner has changed, but quality of food has definitely gone downhill. Not edible anymore. Submarines have an awful taste. Pizza is never cooked enough. Pasta is over cooked. Where’s the Vulcano from 5 years ago? When the pizza portions were enormous. Subs were full of meat and cheese. What happened?!

OK. Their pizza's are good and are they ever loaded. The pizza crust is not rhin and its not thick like a loaf of bread. I must say we got an XL and that can feed 4 men with 2 peices each. They are heavy slices so be hungry. Maybe ask for a bit more pizza sauce if you want it juicy but if you do that things will start slidding off.
