The food was good but the service was terrible, and it's not like they were understaffed. We got there at 6:30 as per our reservation. It took an hour to get drinks, and 3 hours from the time we got there to get our bill. The pizza was delicious as always at other franchises, but the size of their antipasti platter to share was embarrassingly undersized for the price! I will not be going back here again, though I have had better experiences at other franchises.
Food came very undercooked and in a football shape and I work as a pizza chef at another restaurant and I would never serve that to a customer, which says a lot about this place. I had to bring it back twice and it was still uneatable. Lea doesn’t know how to cook pizza at all. Really not worth the money, it was 25$ for a disgusting pizza and the staff was very rude. Very disappointed with this establishment. Never coming back here again.
I know well the napolitain pizza.At this restaurant, the pizza taste is good, respect the tradition and some nice exploration with different not traditional ingredients.The dough of the pizza is nice and puffy but not crips at all! Not even the under.A napolitain pizza is not supposed to be eaten with fork and knife. It’s supposed to stand by it self with the crisp of the dough.Also, to my taste, the dough seem’s to miss salt and cheese.4 small pieces of fresh mozzarella on a 12’’ pizza it’s like one slice of meat in a sandwich !The restaurant experience is ok, lot’s of noise, it’s Bistro like.It’s about it.Good napolitain pizza but is it the best as the pretend ?Let me doubt about it !

Ce soir, nous avons commandé 2 pizzas et le dessous de la croûte était carrément brûlé et noir, de plus la pizza végétarienne ne contenait que 2 tranches d’aubergines et quelques zuchinis, très déçue!!

There was nothing really wrong with the place. I was just not impressed. The pizza is ok...but just ok. There are better places to eat at.
